Nice pool. Excellent breakfast buffet from the restaurant (did cost extra but I purchased it when I booked.) nice selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, tons of fruit, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, granola, orange juice, and coffee. Staff was soooo nice. Every single one of them we encountered. The beds were insanely comfortable. Pillows too. We slept great. Property was clean and well maintained. Valet parking was great. Shower had great water pressure. (I always wonder about this because I have thick and long hair!). Lobby was welcoming. Overall, was a great place to stay.

I have no complaints.

Everything was in walking distance that we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lock box in the room was nice to secure things. Checking in and out was a breeze.

They took additional money out without informing me but it was to secure snacks or anything you wanted to buy. But it was deposited back immediately. Not a bad thing just wish we was informed cause it was a little confusing. When we picked up the car it smelled like weed bad and we don’t allow any kind of smoking/vaping in the car.

Downtown near the TN Aquarium, room was spotless ! mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker in room, comfortable beds, ironing board, cold A/C. Laundry room is a plus, too, if you are going be a few days, or have kids.

Valet parking is the only option, so not great for people who like to just come and go as they please in a car, but plenty to see and do in walking distance. Also TV signal was intermittent which was annoying, as I like to watch a little before falling asleep.

Nice hotel. Centrally located in downtown within a 10 to 15 minute walk to UT Chattanooga. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Offered a great breakfast that was included in the room. There are several restaurant options within a few blocks of the hotel.

My only qualm is that it is a Brazilian Steak House, so not ideal for dinner for everyone. I was located next to the elevators, so it was a bit noisy. But we're learned to travel with a portable white noise machine, so it wasn't a problem for me.

We stayed 5 nights, had a king suite. Plenty spacious, with seperate bedroom. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and happy to assist. Housekeeping did a great job, came each day to replenish and refresh. We had breakfast each morning. Plenty to choose from, something for everyone. The location is great. Easy walk to river, aquarium, and many other places. Valet staff very friendly.

Loud noise of rushing water every time upstairs room flushed their toilet. Odor from drain in bathroom floor.

Rate was overpriced for a Holiday Inn basic room with no frills. I understand it was a busy weekend for the city so demand/supply at work. But you asked. No one likes the gauging of rates just because of supply issues and just because one can, be it hotels, airlines, etc. The average consumer doesn't earn more during supply shortages to make up the difference when they travel. Something to consider!

Great sized room and the bed was so comfortable . Clean and nice amenities

I did not love the extra daily charge for parking our car when the site said they had parking, but I believe this is more common with inner city hotels now. The second day at breakfast, which we paid extra to enjoy, we were told to use paper plates and plastic utensils because they had a group of 200 coming in. The price for breakfast was not exorbitant,but enough to expect actual dish ware and metal utensils as we had on day one. I was quite disappointed to be relegated to picnic ware because the hotel had a group that they apparently could not manage. too bad, as the hotel and staff was quite nice otherwise.

Valet parking ( not the service which was good expect for the the first valet parker that parked so close to the next vehicle i had to enter my vehicle from the passengerside and Im a 160lb man who is 5'6" , and just having valet parking for an already pricey hotel based upon its location near an meteoker aquarium wasn't worth the trip all together really. It's a shame what the price of an average hotel is here.

Rooms were beautiful. Staff was super friendly and happy. This hotel's location to everything was perfect. Around the block is The Moon Pie General Store, Rocket Fizz Candy Store, Pinball Museum and Five Guys Burgers. A block away was the kids museum, just perfect location for fun.

I was surprised to see it was valet parking. I kept feeling for my keys. And I never seem to bring everything up to my room on the first exit, so running back to the car to just grab something was not feasible. Next time I will bring my extra key.

We loved the location, as we could walk to many of our destinations. We also loved the pool and outdoors lounge area! The staff for breakfast was very friendly! The pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was included in our stay, but upon check-in, we were not given the breakfast voucher and didn't realize until trying to get breakfast the next morning. Had to ask for one each morning we are breakfast at the the cost of the room, breakfast was nice, but definitely not excellent. While the room was very clean, for the cost of the room, I was expecting the bathroom to at least have a vent fan or heat. As a side note, it would be very nice if the bathrooms were equipped with a small LED nightlight, as turning on the three very bright lights in the middle of the night is not so fun. The bed was very firm.
