air conditioner in the room was incredible! if you’re like me and you like a cold room when you sleep, their AC was the best hotel AC I’ve ever had! shower head was also nice and had good water pressure

Wasn’t super clean - There was a large clump of black hair on the window blinds in our room, the shower seemed like it could use a good scrub. elevator also broke on our first day and wasn’t fixed during our stay, so we had to hike 8 flights of stairs 2 days because the elevator wait was too long with kids

Location was good. Early checkin was offered for a very small fee. Staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful and that goes for each one we came in contact with! We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel!!

The price per night was a little pricey, but still very comparable with neighboring hotels. Negative was having to pay $18 per night for parking and the stay not including breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was very clean in my room and the bed was pretty comfortable. The sink had a small drip, however, that didn't impact my stay at all. I would stay here again!

The coffee cafe was a long wait with only one employee working. However, she was very friendly and worked as quickly as she could. The coffee was very good!

Cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed. Nice walk in shower. Quiet. Check in staff was very friendly

no view. Breakfast option wasn't great but ok. Did not get room cleaned and was told by desk that that wasn't done on the weekends. I did not like that at all. Had to get towels for the next day from front desk.

We got in Friday night to stay for the weekend. Caleb was super helpful and friendly getting us checked in. Room was very comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom did not work, but that wasn’t a big deal. I felt for the price we paid for the room breakfast should have been included not an extra charge.

It is very nice and clean and right in the middle of everywhere, I would stay again if they didn’t overcharge me

Paid on here for a great price and then when we checked out I seen on my statement they over charged the crap out of me. And the security deposit was never refunded.

Room for the most part was clean. Free cookies. Location is excellent.

Hair dryer was sticky and didn’t blow very well. Had to pay for parking. Shower was small. Felt it was overpriced but also know everything in that area is expensive. Also could hear people in the hallway and the next room really well so doesn’t seem like there’s a lot sound barrier in the walls

Great location, close to most sites. Staff were very friendly. Facilities very clean and comfortable. Nice bar upstairs with good happy hour.

Having to pay for parking in addition. Wish pool was heated. Breakfast on site was very expensive for mediocre food.

We enjoyed how friendly the staff was as well as the hotel features. We were happy to stay near the outdoor pool and go for a walk in the downtown near the hotel. We loved the room and the trip in general. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

Overall this was a wonderful place. We stayed on the 12th floor which was quiet and a nice view of the city. The spa tub was an excellent choice especially for my boyfriend who has severe joint pain from his chemo. The Valet service was amazing. They were all very friendly, helpful, and quick to grab your car! It was nice having restaurant and bar inside hotel even though we didn't get a chance check it out. We did love having Starbucks in the mornings!

Our toilet seat was cracked and if not careful would pinch. The shower door didn't close all the way so water got all over floor. I wish breakfast was included in the price, but the Starbucks was a great choice.
