the employees were excellent. so nice and welcoming. the location was great and easy to get to. the beds were very comfy

there is a lady that goes to the local hotels and knocks on the door and asks for money for her crying hungry kids and says she ordered them pizza and her husband left quick to get money and is not back and the pizza guy is there. she asks to borrow money and says she’ll pay you back as soon as her husband is back and that she is staying in the room next to you. don’t fall for it like I did. not the hotels fault but kinda sucked

All one could ask for in a roadside hotel. Clean, nice indoor heated pool with customer friendly hours, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We were traveling with our six year old granddaughter so this was a big plus. The complimentary breakfast was way above average. Great shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The young man who checked us in was joyfully pleasant. We didn’t use it, but the hotel has a wonderfully comfortable outdoor seating area looking down from the hill on the night-time lights. Walmart is right across the street, and if complimentary breakfasts leaves one hungry there is a Waffle House nearby.

Dogs were allowed in . I spoke to the manager numerous times these dogs were not seeing eye dogs or help dogs.  I observe them and the owners were perfectly healthy. These were pet dogs. I addressed the situation with the manager numerous times and nothing was done. As I am allergic to dogs, this was very unacceptable. The sign said no dogs allowed no pets allowed. This would be the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again. I was very aggravated. The dogs barked they were in the eating area which to me is very unhealthy.

Front desk associate, Ziggy was excellent. Best customer service from Ziggy that we have experienced in a long time. He was very informative and helpful. Enjoyed the knowledge he provided regarding the hotel and city. Your facility is lucky to have him on staff. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable. Enjoyed the cold air conditioning and clean room. Loved the bathroom products. Only negative issue was not enough handicap parking. You apparently have a great staff from check in to housekeeping. Ziggy, at the front desk goes above and beyond. My friend Tina and I will definitely stay at the location again as long as it continues to keep this type of customer service.

It was an absolutely most wonderful experience. The reason is because the staff were very nice, the room exceptionally clean, and the view was beautiful. It was so nice to sit outside in the rocking chairs out front and enjoy the view early in the mornings. I also loved the way the room is designed. The room size and room design was great and one of the main reasons for choosing this place. The other reason for choosing this place was the exceptional reviews.

The breakfast could be better but it was not a deal breaker. I'm more concerned about how nice staff is, how you are treated, how clean the place is and how clean the rooms are. That is the most important to me and it meet my expections.

We were so pleased with everything, the beds were simply wonderful. Had the most beautiful view you could ever ask for, the breakfast was delicious. The morning desk help were so nice and helpful, Jason and a sweet female whom I can't remember her name, she went above and beyond.

The young man Tyler on the evening shift was there when we checked in, he barely even looked up, he did give us our rooms and told us where the elevator was, but he was watching something on his phone and did not want to be bothered. Did not welcome us at all,Never even got up out of his chair, we did have questions but didn't even bother. He was very unwelcoming.

The room was clean the breakfast good. Food was hot and fresh. The indoor pool was clean. The pool was small but definitely nice. The staff except 1 was helpful, professional, personable and friendly.

One staff person is not a people person. We were looking for a mailbox. He told us it was right outside. Went outside to look again. Could not find one. Went in and asked again. He said he could see it from here and pointed. He was pointing to the hotel's mailbox on the road about a block away. I asked if it was secure and he said 'we aren't responsible". I then asked where a post office was and he told me to google it. This I found very rude and unprofessional. He is not an asset to this property or the great staff working there.

The location was perfect and within a 10 to 20 min drive from most good restaurants and activities. We felt safe and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as well but would have liked more variety.

We liked most everything. We had an issue with the bathroom sink draining and notified front desk that evening and by the time we had returned from our morning adventures out the next day it was fixed and the room was cleaned. The 1st couple days housekeeping didn't come to room and our trash was over flowing but we set it outside the door and they got it and cleaned the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the hotel was very clean. There’s a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and it’s close to several tourist attractions. Our 11 year old son especially enjoyed the indoor pool.

Breakfast was quite crowded and it seemed as if the staff was having trouble keeping up with the demand. But overall, it was a great experience.

Excellent location and not far at all to go to restaurants for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was great, TV service was good in this hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
