Outstanding breakfast. One of the best selection of items anywhere. Better than some restaurant breakfast buffets even. Hard not to eat too much... Excellent wifi-good connection and fast. Easy to take it for granted until a person goes to a place without it. Reasonably comfortable bed by hotel/motel standards. Nice selection of pillows-I prefer a soft, low one which is not common in hotels.

Staff were very friendly and the room and public areas were clean and inviting. The bedding was clean and soft, and the morning breakfast buffet was delightful.

Room stayed too warm even after adjusting thermostat(it stayed 73- 74 we perfer 68-70) the water pressure in the shower was low. Neither were things that we felt could be fixed during our one night stay, and we understand that those are very particular personal preferences that not every guest would notice.

The location was great.

We I arrived the beds looked like someone had slept in them already. I called the desk, a manager on duty came right up. She examined then stated the beds are clean. They have new help They don't have the same standards as the old employees possess. I was abit surprised at the answer. I am a loyal customer, honors rewards. I have never heard anything such thing before.

The location was central to where we were visiting family so it made our trip convenient. As well, we were able to have our room down the hall from our family members who were also staying at the hotel.

The beds were too soft, making our sleep a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great with a good selection. Location was nice as well. We did a lot of the attractions in Chattanooga and was only about 20 minutes away. Would stay again!

The pool water was not warm however we were offered to go to hotel next door. This worked out fine for us.

Stopped here traveling from MI to FL with 3 kids. Super easy check in, staff was extremely friendly. All of the areas were clean. Room was also super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options, cereal, eggs, waffles, yogurt, pastries and bagels.. etc. Super close to the interstate which made it easy to find and convenient.

Only complaint was the bed was kinda boxy and stiff but I'm picky with a mattress.

The staff was exceptional, also the location was great. The breakfast was amazing. Everyone was kind and courteous, as well as very helpful with any questions we had about the area.

The shower head did not work that well and also the pillows were not very comfortable. I feel the room could have been a little nicer for the price and a little more up to date.

The variety of breakfast choices was great. It was also very quiet making my stay very relaxing. I also enjoyed the location and it’s proximity to a variety of places. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, my stay was great and there’s nothing that comes to mind that could have been better.

Clean and comfortable rooms.

We had to use stairs to the fourth floor. The elevator was down, but we made do. They did give me the option to cancel at no charge, but we decided to stay .

Room was nice size. Plenty big enough for my family (5). Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Lori was very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. (Attendant a bit snotty.)

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself. We have no complaints there. Just a warning for future travelers to the area. Most restaurants, including fast food close at 8. Even if the web says later, they're probably closed. I cant tell you how many places near the hotel we tried but were closed despite the web saying different....Hardees, McDs, Wendys just to name a few. If you get in any later, eat before you arrive.
