Not many options for me as a dairy free person, that was disappointing. But my family was pleased with the breakfast sandwiches. Also need better creamer options, great room size beautiful bathrooms. Great shampoo and huge closet area for luggage definately didn't feel cramped with a family of 5.

We only got a $7 price adjustment for crumbs under the room foot rest it was bad, then the supervisor on duty was not able to do anything for us she said would uou like a vacuum like I had to clean it up. Umm no not my job 🙃 what a weird question. The 2nd night we stayed we needed a few extra pillows I had to help that supervisor find the pillows I was giving her options and where to look. Better training for supervisors is where I would start.

I booked the room just to use the pool on my vacation, but the bar is a definite plus and the staff is super friendly! Excellent view of the mountains from the front and the room was as clean as it could be.

The pool was a bit dirtier than I expected, that’s the only thing that bothered me about my stay.

The breakfast was amazing it was plentiful with a lot of variety. The train part was funny but we love trains so was an a problem.

They need umbrellas by the pool so there’s somewhere to be under shade. When cleaning the common areas they needed a better smelling floor cleaner. The hotel was very clean even though it did not smell clean.

The room was on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall by itself which I loved. The room was very spacious with a microwave and refrigerator.

The ice machine didn't work on the second floor. And there was way too many kids in the pool. Wish they had adult swim also.

I liked that there was a variety of good quality yogurt, including plain yogurt. There were outside covered tables where one could eat breakfast which is important due to COVID.

The scrambled eggs were mediocre - runny. - not like the real thing. It would have been nice if the room refrigerator had a freezer compartment where one could put their freezer packs.

Everything was lovely...every time I visit I plan on returning...it was great customer service, clean room, peace and quiet, and it's a great tourist location... restaurants are walking distance and much more...

The property was clean, well maintained. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, clean, and the shower was amazing! Liked that the complimentary breakfast had several options.

The tv was right as you entered past the suite part. It stuck out to when you needed to see it from the beds. Was strange where they had it

Breakfast was excellent. Variety every day. Quantity and quality were exceptional. Staff was very helpful. Large area to eat in. The best breakfast I have every experienced at a motel.
