Things I Liked: 1. Impeccable Service: The hotel staff at Fairfield Inn and Suites Chattanooga truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist were evident. They were prompt in addressing any inquiries or requests, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. 2. Comfortable Accommodations: The rooms at Fairfield Inn and Suites were cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, added convenience and made the room feel like a home away from home. 3. Convenient Location: Situated in a prime location, Fairfield Inn and Suites Chattanooga offered easy access to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping areas. The proximity to downtown Chattanooga made exploring the city a breeze, and the hotel's complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus. 4. Delicious Breakfast Options: One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The hotel offered a wide array of options, including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and a variety of hot items. The breakfast area was clean, well-maintained, and the staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly.

Things I Didn't Like (Minor Improvements): 1. Limited Breakfast Options: While the breakfast at Fairfield Inn and Suites Chattanooga was generally satisfactory, I did find the variety of choices to be somewhat limited. Additionally, I was disappointed with the breakfast sausages, as they were often dried out and hard. Expanding the breakfast options and ensuring the quality of all food items, including the sausages, could greatly enhance the overall breakfast experience for guests. 2. Noise Levels: Although the rooms were generally quiet, I occasionally noticed some noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Installing soundproofing materials or reminding guests to be mindful of noise levels might help enhance the overall tranquility of the stay.

The hotel was really nice and clean (had spots on comforter but quickly got changed)...The staff was friendly...Deborah talked me thru everything... breakfast was good and clean

The location is next to a super 8 motel and it looked like a lot of addicts frequent... several homeless looking people walking thru parking lot and wondering around pool area...they never said anything and I didn't feel threatened but just noticed

This was a previous holiday inn property. It is now a Marriott. Location is nice beside Hamilton place mall and Shallowford Road. Mini restaurants around the area for dining. There is a low income hotel behind it so signs up to lock your doors and multiple people having issues with vehicle’s broken into because of the area.

Warning they charge a $200 cash only deposit for customers who live within 50 miles of the hotel. Hotel states that when renting to locals they charge an extra 200 cash and the only way to receive it back is upon check out the next day a staff member has to walk up to your room and look through it. It made me a little uncomfortable and thinking I was unsafe. Especially after hearing all the people with cars broken into because of the low income hotel near it

Clean, nice furnishings, decent sized room, comfortable bed. Really liked the water pressure and shower head, wish I had it at home. Also liked the soap and conditioner dispensers in the shower. It has a very attractive lobby. Felt secure in the area. Great proximity to lots of restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Breakfast choices are all sugar loaded, including the fruit, oranges. Appreciate the eggs and bacon if you’re trying to watch sugar intake.

Room was nice and a nice size. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was a little rough. Cold coffee, had to use microwave to heat up water for oatmeal. The eggs and sausages were fine but that was about all that was good as is. Everything else needed a little help.

The bed was clean. The whole room felt very clean. I couldnt get the phone to do the wake up call so called down to desk And they were happy to do it. Very courteous and got my call.

The parking was a little tight. I had to park further back in parking lot then i wanted to. If i was with my husband it would havre been ok but i didnt feel comfortable to go back down to car because it was dark and i did need to . Left phone cord in there, hence the need for wake up call. I can usually get a place right in front that is well lit. This one is not set up that way. This was not the Fairfield I stayed at before or the one i thought i was booking. Intended to be at one off exit 174 lookout mountain. This one was ok as i was getting to I75 anyway.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location close to many restaurants and shopping.

The main thing that needed attention was there was no lamp on the desk. People staying for work would appreciate a good light on the desk.

I liked the cleanliness of the entire property. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the payment process. First they billed us $160 and then for $133.67. I was told by Fairfield that the $160 was pending but I could not see it on my account. Eventually it fell off. I have never experienced this before. .

Room was very clean but pool was divine. While my husband was working I laid out at the pool, it was quite and a beautiful day.

No microwave in the room, we ate out and by the time my husband arrived I had to go down to warm his plate.

Your staff is lovely! So professional and happy! They went above and beyond to answer questions, give tips and be very helpful. Top notch customer service! Highly recommend. Beds were so cozy too.

That I couldn't stay longer! But I will be back for pleasure.
