The hotel was really nice. I stayed in an executive queen room, and it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Room had 2 TVs, which was helpful. Breakfast was good. Everything was wonderful for the most part. The hotel looks like it's new or recently updated. Check-in was quick and easy. We had a great stay!

The pool area was nice but too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. It was pretty crowded, but the kids didn't seem to mind. The elevator looked updated but had some signs of wear and tear, probably from the luggage carts.

The experience was wonderful except the first Lady we spoke to. We got there around 1pm just to pay and make sure our reservation was set so we weren't waiting until 4 to figure out needing a new hotel. She was kind of rude and would not help me at all just kept telling me to not be back until after 4pm. Everything else was amazing! The room was very clean and welcoming, Jay at the front desk helped us with everything and even helped us book a second night since we loved it so much!

Loved that it was close to everything we wanted to do. Was a really nice place! Spacious, clean, nice pool, fire pit area, nice staff, and a pretty good breakfast too. :)

Only rated it 9 stars out of 10, bc 1 of our tvs was broken and didn't work upon arrival, but it wasn't the staffs fought, and they even offered to move us to another room to accommodate us better, but we were only there for a 1 night stay, so we didn't want to go through all of the trouble of doing that. I just wish ppl were still honest these days and would have told the staff that they broke a tv, if they did. Other than that, it was a great place and stay for us.

The hard flooring is so much better for hosting pets than carpeting. It was a very Comfortable king sized bed. The Main floor level that I requested was promptly honored. Great air conditioning for enabling sleep in 90* temperatures!

The Shower curtain was too short to deflect the water from pooling on the floor. The shower had a very weak stream of water which didn’t leave me feeling fully rinsed. Although it was obvious that updating was done, it still doesn’t feel like its been completed. However, IF it WAS completely renovated, I find it lacking in small, subtle, but significant ways.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. This is the best I’ve ever slept at a hotel. The suite with two rooms was the perfect set up for my family of 6. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of variety. Often breakfast areas are very crowded and small but this hotel had a nice big open seating area. We enjoyed both the pool and fitness facilities. The location was easy to get to, safe, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and shopping. And the price was right! Would stay again.

The first room we were given smelt like cat urine but were given a different room that was perfect for our needs. Looked like the. Bathroom door had just been cut and some messy paint job in the bathroom. Not enough eggs and sausage were offered while I was out there but were replenished when I was done eating. Not bad though. The shower head wasn’t the best and set for someone super short, low water pressure.

The property was located off the interstate which is good for access to get on and off the expressway. The hotel was decorated nicely with bright vibrant colors. I liked that the room was hardwood/vinyl flooring and not carpet. The bathroom was very clean especially the bathtub.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. The eggs were watery and sausage links were pork. Add beef sausage to the menu. The mattress was a little hard. The signage in the room stated 12:00 noon checkout, but it is actually 11:00. Overall not a bad experience.

Friendly staff, makes you feel welcome and your first impression as you walk in is how nice and up to date the place is. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice. The breakfast was phenomenal, they offer biscuits, gravy, waffles, omelets & more. Late check out if needed and nice toiletries in bathrooms if you forget your….. it’s worth your time and money to stay here! We will be back!

Customer service Denise was at desk nd very helpful. We had checked out and out about 15 travel to Home To Montgomery Al. , then realized we had left some gifts from children at hotel and called. She hadaswered and had our things ready for us to pick up when we had retuned. Pay raise to Denise.

The location was near a lot of tourist locations as well as restaurants. There was also plenty of shopping places nearby including the Hamilton Mall. The kids loved the pool. The room was a great size for 3 adults and 3 children. The staff was friendly and was quick to accommodate whatever we needed when asked.

The water pressure in the shower was lower than I like but was not horrible.
