Again, I've stayed here many, many times and I like the comfortableness of the bed and pillows. Had the queen size bed which is a bit nicer than being in a big king-size bed.
I come here often and the main reason is for good sleep after being on the road for 10 hours and for an additional 10 the next day. This time I was on the first floor and I'm 100% positive that this hotel wasn't full, yet there was someone directly above me who stomped like a bull in a china shop and must have dropped something very heavy several times, waking me up. Next time, I will demand the top floor, way in the back so I won't be disturbed.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I've stayed here many times before so I know what to expect. This time I asked for the top floor so I didn't have to hear people walking above me and far from the elevator and stairs and they placed me at the very end of the hall. Don't think many people were there as it was a Sunday night, but I must say probably for the first time in years there, I actually got a quiet and peaceful sleep. I traveled for 10 straight hours and just wanted to be able to sleep without interruption and because they listened to me and set me in the right room.
I didn't have any complaints.

I've been going here for years and years. It's in a great location off I-75 and many restaurants within walking distance.
Only thing that keeps happening, is the noise factor from other guests. I called the front desk asking that the person next door turn their television down, which was blaring from 10PM to 1:30AM. I really needed to sleep between that time because I needed to get on the road by 2AM. I only received 3 hours of sleep. I'm going to have to second guess this hotel because I cannot do a 10 hour drive on 3 hours of sleep.

The Manager was so wonderful. Each time I have stayed there for work. I have been treated very professional. The front desk is. Very professional and always helpful. Kelly is a amazing manager and I will always come there for work. Im a Registered Contracting Nurse working with Covid 19. It fills good to come bk to a clean and sanitize room.
I DONT like it when I have to leave until next time.

Location was convenient to restaurants that you could walk great after long drive and the desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant and recommended one of the restaurants by the hotel
