Got there after midnight, the attendant was already waiting with paperwork and key cards already made for myself and two other guests he was waiting for. Check-in didn't even take five minutes. He even pointed out what restaurants were still open at the time. Right out of the gate, excellent first impression. The room was large and very spacious, the desk was neat and in working order, has an eithernet plug-in at the desk, the room felt cool and smelled fresh when walking in, everything was in good order and well kept. I'm very impressed with the place, enjoyed my stay, and will be going back if I'm in the area again.

Nothing to complain about!

The check in people were awesome and they was understanding to the fact I had my nephew for an hours they allowed him to swim with us as well. They understood we are newly relocating to the area and that I had already changed my ID to the older springs address yet my new home wasn't completed yet and allowed us to stay.

The cleanliness of my room. I went down to tell the office but I don't think the guy understood me. Noone had gotten the clothes from the previous renters of my room. They had dirty wet clothes in the dresser drawer smelling of sourness I emptied them myself and put them in a plastic bag. And left the drawers open. I also stripped the beds before I left so I knew they would be cleaned properly for the next guests.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The pool is great! simply let the staff know you’re in the mood for a swim, and they provide swimming towels and get you set up! Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast stuff- cereal,waffles, muffins and juice. it was perfect for us, and if we were in the mood for other things, there’s a ton of quick restaurants close by. Happy to have been able to stay there while helping my mother move to TN!

not the properties fault- the area is so humid that if you leave your hotel window open, condensation/dew will be in your room to the point of table tops, and even the carpet feeling wet! just keep that in mind when staying in the area!

The location was fine inside of the facility but the breakfast was insufficient period by the time I got there. All that was being served was waffles. I was looking for quite a bit more.. Something hot .

Breakfast could have been eggs and sausage, bacon and bagels. Bananas or fruit of some kind. Muffins?

The queen suite worked perfectly for the 5 of us (2 queen beds in separate room + sofa bed). Microwave, small fridge & coffee maker in the living room space. Small indoor pool that was OPEN!! Awesome little dining area for breakfast but, sadly, I only saw "grab & go" items. Fast food & convenience gas stations within walking distance.

Weirdly, all lamps in the room were unplugged when we arrived so had to crawl around and plug them in. Also seemed odd that a queen suite had only 2 sets of towels and one extra bed pillow. No extra bedding for sofa bed was found (didn't pull it out to check but that would have been odd to find it there).

Clean. Staff was great! Breakfast good but limited. Enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Good value. Rented 2 rooms 3 nights.

No towels at pool. Brew basket missing on coffeemaker. Missing remote in one room. Staff notified.

Perfect..suite was very clean as it always is when I stay here..staff here is great! Especially Jessica the manager..she always goes above and beyond to make my stay here the best..hands down this is the best location to stay at within a 50 mile area..great location, great amenities, great price...a home away from home

I wish that there was a roll in shower in the handicapped accessible rooms but being that there was a bench that was perfect acceptable

The location was great just far enough out of the big city but still close enough for an easy drive into the city

I had no problems during the stay Would definitely stay again

We liked the indoor pool, location, breakfast and how clean it was.

The shower curtain was broken causing a lot of water to get on the floor.
