We requested an end unit lower level because we were traveling with yappy chihuahuas. They honored our request and we were in RM 101. Perfect. The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Lot of options for eating within walking distance. The rate per night was reasonable. My husband said this particular Red Roof Inn was the best one he has stayed in the Knoxville area.

I like to take baths and the tub was an eyesore. Black electrical tape around the drain and the porceline was peeled off on the tub surface in an area. The door lock system was loose and needed to be tightened up. Security issue. Was the worse offering for a continental breakfast that I have ever seen. Cold cereal, muffins, juice, coffee only. No fruit, no protein! Not even granola bars.

Accepts pets. We were traveling with our indoor cat and the manager and I had a nice chat about our kitties. Very comfortable bed, right amount of firmness. Small fridge and microwave in the room. the hotel is next to an Applebees so we could walk there instead of driving again after a very long day on the road.

Due to the recent sub-zero freezing and snow, the door locks were acting wonky. Had to get front desk to come open our door several times because the key card wouldn’t work. A minor inconvenience; hope it resolves with Warner, more normal, weather conditions.

Kept up nice especially for price and very clean pool and kid friendly as well as near many restaurants and not to far from many different areas and for price paid I will go back

Basic cereal, coffee and OJ. Was expected more breakfast items to choose from.

Room door had gaps and we had to kill a couple of bugs that can in under the door attracted by the light.

The staff was nice she called me because I left some clothes in the room I was only minutes away from the hotel was so very nice of her I was able to turn around and get them

the only negative about this stay was the breakfast. The first morning my family went in super early and there was dry cereal with no milk and 2 little tiny muffins. 2nd morning there were hostess pastries.

We asked for "2 rooms close together". They gave us rooms which were connected via a door inside which made our stay much nicer and safer for our children to move between rooms. The staff was polite and helpful. My kids loved having a pool as well.

One room was completely fine while the other had small issues. Nothing serious, just annoying. The bathroom didn't lock (the door) and the fan didn't work. We also had to ask for one of the remotes since it wasn't in the room, but we got it quickly and with an apology from staff.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the location of the Inn is close to Restaurants and stores

The facility was basic, not fancy. it that’s just what I was looking for. We stopped for just one night in the middle of a long drive. I was happy with it.

Love the location cause it's close to home and I know I can always count on you guys to have an opening for me a safe place to get away.
