The king room we had was very nice and clean. We had a couch as well which was nice. The linens were clean. The bed was more on the firm side but we had a good nights rest.

There was renovations to the dining area in the front which was a disappointment because we looked forward to the breakfast that had great reviews. They did have some breakfast choices like biscuits that you could warm up in the microwave that was provided in our room. They also had cereal, yogurt, and fruit options. The noise of the renovation wasn’t too bad even with us being on the first floor.

Breakfast was okay. Location was okay but there wasn't anywhere nice to go outside besides fast food restaurants. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

Although our room (king with sofa and desk) was very roomy and comfortable, there was no light near the sofa, and I couldn't read there and had to lay on the bed to read. There was a lovely reading lamp near the window but no chair to sit on. There was a lot of space to fit a nice reading chair, but there was none. The room was very big, which was nice, but the only light on that side (2/3s of the room) was a desk lamp. A little sitting area outside would have been nice. I would have sat by the pool, but there was no shade and it was hot.

Facility was very clean and it had been recently remodeled. Bed was very comfortable. Full size Dove products in the bathroom was a wonderful touch that we appreciated. Free breakfast that was more then adequate and enjoyed the good, hot coffee. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds—very comfortable!! Modern room decor, nice ambient lighting options, fresh clean bathroom with shower!

Floors were not cleaned, garbage, hair and general yuck on carpets (far bed and wall area) which made me question general cleanliness level of entire room. “Disinfected” sticker obviously doesn’t mean “cleaned.”

My reservation was messed up & they did not have the right amount of beds per room for my group of 8 people. The front desk people were very nice & professional. They were able to switch me to 2 rooms with 2 beds each.

The breakfast buffet was not good. the omelets were cold and bland. Also, housekeeping never checked to see if we needed anything. We ran out of toilet paper and had to get more on our own.

The rooms have been recently renovated and were very clean and comfortable.

Be sure to ask for a room on the second or third floor if you prefer quiet. the parking spots come right up to the windows, there’s no grass or any sort of buffer, so I’d imagine those rooms could be noisy.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean, beds were a little hard, but we are use to a memory foam mattress.

The beds I guess is my only.complaint, but like I said before our bed at home is a thick memory foam matress.

Juice choices were great.

Breakfast eggs could easily have been better. Scrambled were overcooked and there were hard crusty sections every day they were offered. Hard boiled eggs should have been in the cooler with the yogurt rather than just sitting on the counter. (Not food safe) There were two containers of regular coffee but no decaffeinated was offered.

The hotel was easy to find off the interstate and the staff were kind and welcoming. The bathroom had all Dove products and we especially appreciated that the bath items were in reusable, wall-mounted holders as opposed to small plastic containers. The breakfast was excellent and included hot items and lots of options. We got a great night’s rest here and would stay here again.

Service was great! All persons at the reception desk and breakfast staff were accommodating and helpful in all areas needed. The price was the best I could find after much research. They definitely met more than my expectations!! The REAL hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again. I come to Knoxville twice a year and this is my to place to stay as long as it continues to be the same. 10 thumbs up!’
