I stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was good, they have an attendant in the breakfast area all the time, so you never run out of anything. Location was extremely convenient for me. Easy access to gas, food, etc. I found it a quiet place, considering it looked pretty busy in the car park. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water. Towels and sheets were changed out. Nice TV in the room. The location felt safe to me. Great value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The rooms are a little older and have a few things that are a bit wonky, but it didn't bother me. Would have liked to see a couple of USB ports for charging. A couple more hangers on the rail would have been nice.

Was very convenient for the places we needed to attend. The room had parking in front of room.It seemed pretty clean although it did need alot of repairs.

The room was very cramped for 3 people. The bathroom was not large enough to even turn around in.Only had 2 towels when paid for 3 people. When asked house keeping if We could have three towel in place of the 2 we had used for the next day She seemed very agitated and told me she still had 15 rooms to clean. I could ask the front desk later. Owners please supply your workers with enough help and supplies!!

I enjoyed the affordable price at such a short notice, the location, the clean facilities, and the room.

They could have had more amenities. The gym was closed down and the pool was wildly nasty. I could see the bacteria floating in it. Also, the breakfast didn’t have nearly anything but bread and muffins. However, I wasn’t there to have fun, I was there for work and they did provide me a wonderful and clean room to sleep in with plenty of space. And thats all I could ask for.

The availability of a room on the first floor. We needed it for my husband who had back surgery and forgot to ask before we arrived but she quickly gave us a great room. We especially liked that it was facing out so we can be right there at our car. Also the lady who cleans the breakfast area was super friendly and a joy to talk with.

The night desk receptionist wasn't very friendly. The waffle mixture tasted very bad! But there was several other items that made up for it.

Scott was very friendly. He explained where everything was, breakfast time, pool location etc. He was very professional. The price was reasonable,the linen on the beds were very clean, and the facility served it's purpose .

The location is kind of throwed off. The distance was not too far from the campus but it gives off a "should I turn in here?" vibe. Maybe adding some welcoming signs would help the look.

Staff was friendly and the room was nice. All our needs were met and exceeded.

We didn't get to use the pool our second day there. Our 6 year old was excited about the pool and wouldn't leave us alone about it...lol. Unfortunately due to someone having an "accident" in the pool (bathroom wise), we couldn't. Of course this was not the hotel's fault and we do not hold that against them.

the location was good it didn’t take long to get to UT or downtown Knoxville. it was also a couple of restaurants very close to the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was the roaches! once we got into the hotel and started to settle down then the roaches started to come out. when I was packing to leave there was a roach in my bag and I did not like that. they need to get an exterminator in there.

My first time staying here and really enjoyed it! The rates were good, liked how the grounds were quiet, front desk staff were friendly, always ready to give me more towels, soaps, etc. There was enough space for luggage, etc. Armchair was comfy - beds were the right height, big TV, lots of channels and comfy pillows. Bathroom was stocked up with towels, soap, etc. Room was overall comfy; liked how the sink area was separate from the bathroom.

everything was awesome, the breakfast was exceptional! It was delicious and amazing. they have many varieties for breakfast so it’s definitely a family friendly hotel. The indoor pool was also great, it wasn’t heated enough but we still got in it.

If the pool could have been more heated, that would be great, however we still enjoyed it yesterday.

Location was great ...close to convention center, food, and shopping.

Didn't know rooms where located on the inside until I got there. We had rooms outside the pool area. Gave a motel vibe. Until I seen that there where poolside rooms. Maybe next time ask guest the preference on where they want their room.
