I booked this stay, just hours before arrival, while on the way as we weren't sure how far we would get that day to our destination in Columbia, SC. We arrived at 8:45 pm to a cheerful front desk team. Our check-in was pleasant and swift. We had time to enjoy a few beverages in the lobby lounge. Thank you, Summer, for staying a little longer to serve us! We arrived too late to order food, however, they have snacks available to purchase. Or, order ahead of restaurant closing and they can hold your food in carryout containers until you arrive. The room was a King Bed Suite. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep here and free coffee in the morning. The room has a K-Cup coffee maker, so you could bring your own K-cups if you prefer. Housekeeping is "on demand", which I like since I usually keep my "Do Not Disturb" sign out during an entire hotel stay so no one enters the room until I check out. There were USB outlet plugs to charge devices. I would choose this hotel again.

No late evening dining options in the area. Not the fault of the hotel, just for awareness for travelers arriving after 8 pm.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially front desk person. Clean and comfortable with lots of restaurants nearby.

I think the breakfast should be included with the room. The hotel prices are not inexpensive and the breakfast is pretty much equivalent to that found in other similar hotels I've stayed in when traveling.

This was not a $400 a night hotel. The price was hiked up because it was a football game weekend in Knoxville. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should!

Noisy teenagers running around until all hours. Staff suggested next time I make a reservation, choose 4th or 5th floor. They don't put athletic teams up there. I thought breakfast should be included.

The location of the hotel and the convenience of restaurants that were close by. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was cozy. After a long road trip, those are important features.

It was a beautiful hotel. very friendly staff and a very nice room. It is a pet friendly hotel and that is what we needed.

Our room was very nice and clean- at least we thought it was. Our dog found a nasty poop diaper on the floor between the bed and the nightstand!

Close to downtown but not at inflated prices. Plenty of parking. comfortable beds! Great to have a keurig in room and fridge. Clean both inside and outside property. Friendly staff. Easy booking on Booking.com No weird smells in the room.

Would have been nice to have some healthier snacks or fresh fruit to purchase. Needed an extra box of tissue and larger trash can.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient location, clean comfortable room.

Would have been helpful to have instructions on how to set thermostat, as air from heating unit seemed cool. I think we finally got the right setting as room temperature became comfortable.

Nickki Wood greated us at check-in and was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A real positive superstar. She was also the person that greated us at breakfast. She spent time with us as we ate. The bartender has a super good vibe and made the after game drinks a terrific time. Breakfast vas very good.

The bed was very tall and I was not subjective get up on it. I slept light and get up often in the night and it bc was nearly impossible to get beck in bed each time. If you use tall beds it would be nice to provide a small seep stool for elderly people to en as bkk k e getting into the bed.
