The location was good

Our accessible room was at the end of a hallway on the 3rd floor. I am a short person and had trouble with the mirror in the bathroom. I have worked with disabled adults and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anybody in a wheelchair. If the elevators stopped working how would they get down. Anybody in a chair wouldn't be able to see into the bathroom mirror. I have had knee replacements , they hurt after the long walk to our room.

The town itself had peace and the People showed it. A lot of churches there and the town reflected that Christians who knew how to pray were covering their city.

Breakfast was amazing. And the room was amazing.

The room was amazing, however the overall inner appearance of the hallways and the building looked a little outdated. It looked clean and tidy, just outdated. The exterior of the building and room itself seemed outstanding. The appearance of the rest just didn't feel like it matched. Not really a complaint. Just an observation.

My husband and I have stayed at this location a couple of times now, and we’re always satisfied with our stay! The rooms are always nice and clean, and the beds are SO comfortable (and the huge TV’s are a nice bonus too!). We will absolutely use this hotel again the next time we come to town!

I would’ve liked to be on a floor other than ground, but I forgot to request that, so that’s on me!

The bed was very comfy and I had a great room.

There was some kind of hidden trash in my room. The pool was not available, which I did not know to I got there because I wanted something with a pool so my granddaughter could go swimming. It was kind of hard to get out onto the main road with all the traffic.

Katie at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra blanket and she provided one, we needed extra towels and she provided them all with a smile. She told me she tries to be nice to everyone because you never know what other people are going through. She was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and quiet.

The pool was a little dirty looking.

The price, the beds are very comfortable, the location is close to anywhere you wanna go! Great housekeepers! They are friendly and customer serviced then the front desk receptionist. Amanda and the guy on 3rd shift front desk is amazing great service and attitude!!

I've stayed at this location twice was looking too more trips, but if I have a complication checking in again with my card on file for an hour wait I will reconsider.

Large room, comfortable bed and it was so clean and quiet. Exactly what we needed for our long road trip across the United States! The office intake person was so nice, friendly and personable. She welcomed us in like we were in her home; so sweet! After a long trip on the road, her personality was just what we needed.

There was nothing not to like!

The breakfast was good. It gave me something to look for and we didn't have to go out for it. the room was very clean and it didn't have a bad smell to it.

The only thing I found was that the soap dish over the tub still had soap items from the last attended. The housekeeper had forgotten to get. Other then that everything was fine.

I didn’t know when I first got there to check in it took someone like 15 minutes to get to the desk but I understand they were busy they left a note with was very organized of them
