The location is perfect. They provide breakfast and dinner for free! Hotel is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Granite City Brewery next door has awesome food.

everything was fine for your normal guest. We love it hear, but like every other accessible accommodations like here, there are common issues. who ever gets the data from handicap visitors they need to ask people that live the disabled life for their opinions. we always find the toilets to low and are hard to transfer from power scooter or chair. Also the hold bars are always one to your side and the other behind you, which makes it hard to get up when both bars are not left and right of you to assist when you rise from stool. those who are disabled would understand. they really need to do a survey from disabled people when constructing hotels for real input. more people would travel.

We have stayed there before. The employees are soooo amazing and go beyond normal customer service, especially Diana at the front desk! The breakfast is delicious and tons of choices. The area is beautiful and has everything you could want for food and shopping

My ONLY suggestion is that at the appetizer/dinner time, that they had something sweet. Even cookies or brownies would be great. The 3 free drinks are a definite added bonus...especially after being with 4 yr old twins all day 😂

The staff was very professional and helpful, we also liked that it was super pet friendly. Even though pets stay here, you'd never know, no odor of pets. Thoroughly clean. The elevator was fast. The breakfast was really good. Free appetizers and drinks for kick back time starting at 5:30pm. Close to downtown and restaurants.

Maybe have more towels in the room. Not really anything to complain about. Just check with front desk and they will give you more towels.

Great value- good location, very clean (no stains in the ceiling, rugs, odors...). The free continental breakfast, happy hour and appetizers were icing on the cake. We are so happy we did not pick a hotel in Nashville. Keep up the great work and don't blow it by getting greedy! :) p.s. We travel to many destinations and both of us agreed that the majority of your citizens are exceptionally polite- lovely people. We love that many TN's are happy Christians! The world needs more.

We can't think of a thing- BUT, (we never asked) if the hotel had the space- perhaps a laundry room to do our laundry? (coin operated machines). Excellent experience.

This was the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I think it’s been recently renovated. The whole place was beautiful (including our room), the bed was comfortable, our room location was quiet, and the staff was very nice. They also had a free hot breakfast (which was yummy), and free dinner-type food at 5:30 (which wasn’t so yummy, but it was FREE :D). We loved staying here, and hope to come back. (Also, they allow pets. we saw about 4-5 dogs while we were there, but were not disturbed by any noise from pets.)

My only complaint is that the pillows were way too soft, and too small.

Very clean. Bathrooms were nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

I wasn't a fan of the manager's attitude when I checked in around 9 pm. She appeared to hate life, or at the very least hate her job. She was condescending and rude. I would normally assume she was just having a rough night but she was just as "friendly" when my husband bought 3 bottles of water for $7 the next night. She should probably work on that being in the hospitality business.

This was my first stay at any Drury Inn location. My husband and I were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary and decided to stay the weekend at the Drury Inn in Franklin Tennessee. I mentioned our anniversary upon booking and when we arrived, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, a gift bag of snacks and a hand written note from Emily and staff congratulating us on our anniversary. I was more than impressed. Our housekeeper Fanny was great. My husband and I would like to thank all of you for a great stay. We plan to return in the near future.

Breakfast was wonderful! Staff and set up very accommodating. Delicious! The restaurant adjacent to the hotel provided delicious food. Everything felt like 5 star accommodations!

Nothing. Traveling with two small dogs was delightful! I fully expected a room without carpet which has been our past experience. But our room was beautiful with plenty of room. Everything accessible for dogs. Thank you so much.!!

Breakfast had so many choices. We loved all the hot meals from waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and so much more! Coffee was fantastic and available all day and night.

We would’ve liked if breakfast stayed open longer. Breakfast was only available until 930 making some mornings rushed to go downstairs in time to eat.
