Excellent customer service, everyone running the front office was professional and super friendly. Rooms were clean and had eventing I needed.

Hotel is pet friendly, but with no area for dog walking/bathroom. It was suggested I walk them by the highway or behind a dumpster. Didn't feel comfortable with either so had to drive somewhere else.

The room was wonderful. The bed was a little stiff. We were located on the backside and it was quiet and clean. Parking spots were a nice size. The pool was a welcome treat after a long day of riding a motorcycle, it is only 5 ft on the deep end, which was wonderful for me as I'm only 5'5".

The lady at check-in was rude. The lady the next morning for breakfast was great ! Location is hard to find. GPS tracking is off and the sign isn't easily seen.

Breakfast was great and wide variety of breakfast foods. It exceeded my expectations.

Do not have any negative things to say. We had a problem with our television but the front desk instead of fixing it they gave us a better television than we had before. The young man was very professional & quick to resolve the issue. Very pleased. Will stay & reserve another room in the future.

Relatively close to funeral home in Humbolt. large clean bathroom. staff was very accommodating and Breakfast was very well done and a good variety. the room had a keurig coffee maker, fridge, microwave all very clean up to date.

the only thing we found was that when we spilled a drink by the door, we wiped it up with a wet washcloth and the floor was pretty dirty. But I walked all over the room in my sock feet and they weren’t dirty. so it may have just been worse as you come in the door.

clean room, working air conditioner, great big color tv with many choices, excellent shower force, desk clerk, breakfast offerings!

my first room door key did not twirl, had it rekeyed still could not get in. Desk clerk had to pull had on the handle and shove with all her might to get the door open. we could not duplicate her actions. This limited our leaving the room. the frig had not been cleaned! Even though the rooms state NO SMOKING. guests disregarded the sign or housekeeping or maintenance or laundry. There is a smell of smoke in the room.

Breakfast was great! Hot food and good coffee. Some of best hotel Orange Juice that I’ve had. Front Desk lady was very nice and cheerful at check-in and again at breakfast.

Refrigerator desperately needed defrosting and there was a bag of something in it. Might have been frozen and stuck. I don’t look too closely because it was kind of dark but A/C unit looked a little iffy but it worked great.

I reserved a room at this hotel for my sister, who lives and takes care of my mother with alzheimers. I wanted her to be able to relax and get a break. She absolutely loved the bed and had the best rest she's had in awhile. She couldn't get over the comfort of the bed, she didn't want to leave. The room was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. There was a nice pool, but she didn't go to the pool. Thank you for making her stay enjoyable!

The only disappointment for my sister was this is a non smoking hotel, like most hotels. It was not that big a deal, she just walked outside her door and was able smoke.

The room was clean, and outside of the property was well maintained. Conveniently located to many food locations. The room I was assigned had great water pressure for the shower. I have been in other rooms at this facility, and the water pressure for the shower was less than desirable. Overall, great experience .

There was not much noise and the way the parking lot is designed people cannot just drive through without having to turn around. It did cost more than the ones across the street but I believe that is why it was quieter than I expected. All staff I talked with were friendly and nice. I will stay here again.

The room was a good size and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Many discount hotels have eliminated breakfast, so it was a nice surprise to get a hot breakfast that had plenty of options.

Our room was around back and the walkway to the front of the building was cluttered with building supplies or something. The area definitely needed to be cleaned up and swept up. Very junky looking.
