Nice location. Clean. Daily variety for breakfast.

No place for outgoing mail. Could not add snacks to room. Had to pay cash and have exact change. We arrived 2 days early and stayed 4 days instead of 2. The 2 new days were not through booking.com. The lady who checked us in understood that. The daytime staff didn't. There was some confusion. Also, the door cards demagnatized very easily. Had to have them redone several times.

Everything! I was there for a very sad reason, my surrogate son's memorial, and that beautiful place made my stay much better.

There were 2 issues, but they were quickly resolved. The 1st was that my door key didn't work but the manager took care of that promptly. The other was that I found a bed bug, but it could have been brought in on my shoe too. I let the manager know.

We always try to book at a Country Inn & Suites because they're always clean, updated and have a reasonable price. This place was great! We could walk to the Jonesborough "downtown" district by a back route and stay off main streets. We like the town so much we'll be booking at CIS again when we go back!

Nothing--breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. The indoor pool was AWESOME!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and I liked the location.

I booked a room with a balcony specifically so I could smoke but there is no smoking allowed on the balcony. Also, there was no toilet paper or kleenex in our room. The balcony backed up to the post office so it did get a little loud at night.

A lot of parking. Working indoor pool (big and working 7am till midnight). Room with balcony options for small extra. Breakfast was decent (but not extraordinary).

Looks like laundry washer didn't work. A lot of contractors trucks on parking lot. They have train station nearby and noise was disturbing occasionally (even late night)

the only complaint was when I asked for a receipt at the counter when I checked out, the lady said she could not give me one, because it was booked through booking.com, every where else I have stayed which is a lot. can always give me a receipt for my work expense reports even if it’s a estimated receipt. I didn’t not like that at all. atleast give me a estimated cost like all others do because it’s just for a expense report.

Nice small breakfast wich was included, as booked. Nice staff at the front. Very clean and comfortable room. Free parking almost everywhere. Fitness Center downstairs. Big inside pool.

There was a broken machine at the gym.

The room was clean. It was located right next to a Dunkin Donuts. You can't see it from the roadway but it was easy enough to get in and out of.

The staff could have been friendly. The sign is not obvious from the roadway.

Enjoyed the design of the lobby and decor. Nice location as well.

Pool area smelled strongly of propane. The lady attending to breakfast as well as the morning receptionist were not the friendliest nor the most helpful. No fresh fruit options for breakfast.

It was clean and quite. Room was cozy

Front desk night staff was rude and made her own tiles about deposit. Charged 100.00 for towels they claimed was strained but could not provide proof of this
