Friendly staff. Allowed us to use dining area to catch up with an old friend late into the evening. Late check out was helpful for us since we arrived very late the night before. The room felt larger than other hotels and it was laid out nicely (2 parents and 4 kids were able to rent one room and not trip.over each other). Served breakfast until 10 which is later than other places and great for us!

The room didn't have towel racks or shelves. Towels were folded in a pile on the bathroom counter. Room smelled a little off - maybe the ac hadn't been run in awhile. Not sure but it did not smell fresh.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and hot, the room was clean and quiet. We just spent the night there. It was easy to get to as we were heading north on I-75 from Florida to Michigan. It was a perfect stopping point and made for a great night's rest. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean and welcoming.

Just a small thing but the remote for the TV was finicky and we had to have the front desk clerk adjust it. Also, it was difficult to determine how to turn the bathtub faucet to make the shower work. It took me a couple of minutes to figure it out, I thought it would be nice if there were instructions or an image showing you how to do it. It. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and never had this problem before. Lol! 🚿

We stayed last minute over July 4th Weekend, and the view was nice enough to see the fireworks around the city! It was also in a very convenient location - close to various dining establishments and the interstate. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, and the employees we met were all very hospitable.

My 7 year old son really wanted to go swimming. The pool was open from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., and we were out late the night before, so I told my son we'd go swimming on the morning before we had to checkout at 11. However, when we went down for breakfast the next morning at 8:30, the pool was closed for maintenence, so we ended up checking out without ever getting in the pool...

The staff was amazing and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was great!

There is some mold on the bathroom ceiling, and our view was behind the concrete sign over the entrance of the hotel. Couldn't see anything but concrete out the window, but overall, the room was great.

Breakfast offered many choices Something for everyone. Sebastian, at the front desk, was truly professional and courteous. All staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Last year they had more non dairy options for breakfast than they did this year. Hopefully they will bring back the non dairy yogurt.

Decent size entrance way. Had multiple doors to get into the building at. They had cameras everywhere. So you felt safe and protected. Also asked for car information. (Which made me feel like if something happend on their property they would take care of it). Staff friendly. Clean room. Great size. Shower was huge.

You could hear the police sirens very clear from the room I was in. Can be distracting but we didn't have to deal with them to much on our trip. The credit card readers didn't work upon check in and out. Bathroom door didn't lock.

We got a room while visiting our son and his family. We usually stay with them, but they had just moved to a new home. After checking the rates and reviews on several locations, we settled on your facility. I did splurge a little to get a hot tub, which was clean and very relaxing!! I love the comfort of the bed and pillows!! Room was very clean. Loved the size of the shower!

I don’t really have any complaints… we all want to save money, so I would have loved to pay less. Overall a good value though.

Breakfast was very good. The was one of the better Comfort Inns we have visited. We usually stay at Hilton hotels and expect more from Hilton. This hotel exceeded what we see at a Comfort Inn.

Was very pleased with the breakfast had many choices and the young lady kept on top of everything. It was very quiet, pet friendly, all in all I would highly recommend it to anyone that goes to Powell, Tennessee. Perfect location everyone was very nice. Slept very well wish I had to take one of the mattresses home with me 😁 10stars Thank u Stella

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. it was very hard though to get in and out of the hot tub. my legs do not work well and very hard.

The hot tub was very nice but could have used more steps that weren’t so steep.
