The staff was excellent! Very friendly. When we arrived to our room. Like I do at all hotels, I check the bed and sheets. One bed did have a nasty looking stain, we informed the staff downstairs and he responded very quickly asking if we would like a new room or new sheets. We had them change all the beddings . The housekeeping staff was very friendly as well as the maintenance guy that helped her out. The breakfast bar was good. And location was fine. Right off the interstate. The indoor pool was a bonus for my kids. It is quite small but it worked the same none the less. The beds were comfy that’s a plus also… We would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Questions were answered when ask. Breakfast was hot and good. The internet did not work the entire stay but i believe it was from weather issues. The ceiling above the shower needed to be fixed from what looked like a leak. This was cosmetic and did not take away from the usability of the shower. However this did not take away from the experience of our stay. We really had no complaints. We were told our room was upgraded for free and our room was spacious especially with 2 teenagers and a 5 yr old.

Daily breakfast was better than local alternatives. Always had an egg option, a protein option, self made waffles and juices. Even the local restaurant breakfasts were not as reliably nice. The room was sanitized and cleaned per the pre-defined schedule, and felt inviting and comfortable. I tended to use the stairs instead of the elevator, but when I did use the elevator it was clean and quick.

Shower head in the tub shower was lower than I like, forcing me to bend over to rinse out shampoo. Some water damage was apparent on the wall behind the shower head where the paint was buckling.

From the moment I booked this hotel, the staff was exceptional👍😃 Front desk, which i believe, was Julia she went above and beyond to call me and clarify minor issues with my rwservation and questions I had. Making sure I didn't lose my reservation. To maintenence staff helping when I locked my keys in my truck. Incredible!!!!!! 😀 Breakfast was hot and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. 😀 The room was amazing, so comfortable smelled incredible and clean and great value for your money. After driving, 10 hours and being right off I75, and I will definitely stay again when in that area. 😀😃👍

We had a suite. It was a very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast consisted of eggs and either sausage or bacon, waffles, cereal, along with bagels, toast, yougat,and some muffins.

The pool is small, but it was okay. The only issue we had was a street light right outside our room. We just used a hanger to pull the curtain tighter, and that fixed the problem.

The spacious rooms and how comfortable the beds were. Rooms were exceptionally clean. I was especially happy to find a shower cap and enough towels for my whole family of 5. Also, unlike other hotels we've been to, we had extra sheets and blanket already In the room for the pull out bed. We appreciate your eye on detail to your guests needs. If ever in the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Not enough breakfast variety

The hotel is located just off of I-75, so it is easy to access from both north and south. There is a large parking lot with security cameras in use for guests free of charge. The front desk staff was very helpful, and were willing to allow us to check-in 1 hour early. The room itself was located on the back of the building, with no neighbors only a self-storage unit, and so was very quiet. The room was uniquely designed, and went far above what I was expecting. The room was well equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee brewer, and microwave. In addition to this, there were doors separating the sleeping area of the room from the sitting area, this made the room feel much more private and was a very nice feature. Free breakfast was provided, and it was great with a wide selection of hot/warm items.

Overall everything was wonderful, the only issue was some of the landscaping made it difficult to see oncoming traffic while exiting the parking lot. The city of Knoxville, is small and there is not a whole lot to see apart from the historic downtown area, there is also very few spots for free parking (99% likely you will need to pay for parking +/- $3.00). There is a very visible homeless population in the downtown area which is unfortunate.

Staff was great. Room was spacious and clean. After a very rough day, it was nice to come into a free upgrade.....nice surprise. I absolutely love the isolation of room 124. I came to rest and being away from the football game traffic allowed me to do that.

Being in room 124 puts you in very close proximity to the pool....and when there's young children it can get loud. But I opted to use the extra set of doors in my room so it was ok.

The property felt safe. Excellent location - all desired amenities included or available. The beds are wonderful, conducive to a good night’s sleep.

The refrigerator was barely cool. Sometimes the microwave would not heat. The suite we were in showed a good bit of wear in the bathroom (e.g., there probably had been a leak from the upstairs unit). The countertop in the bath is a perfect height if one is approximately 6 feet.

The room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

There were a few small issues, but nothing that I would feel made my stay bad. The food could have been warmer at breakfast. Unfortunately the shower nozzle was broken and it was hard to get the temperature where we wanted it but the shower was hot just had to push to adjust, and the door to the bathroom rubbed on the bathroom floor and was hard to shut.
