We had a great stay here. Great place to bring your pets if you're traveling with them. They are very welcoming, grass area to walk them with doggie bags, sign to hang on your door so they do not come in with dogs in room. Room service breakfast and dinner was great. The inside is really nice for the value, you really get your money's worth. Can't beat the location. We kenneled our dogs, put the tv on, and walked downtown for dinner and drinks! 1 min walk to Gay St and the Market square, great night life

the doors slam hard so you can hear them down the hall, only complaint!

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Knoxville. Very close to nice restaurants and the arts area of town. We walked to shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and very nice shower. The pool was heated and a highlight for my kid to swim and relax in. Nice breakfast in the morning. Easy access to garage in and out for the duration of our stay.

The noise level from the hall was a little loud, but in the rooms we couldn't hear anything. It was nice and quiet.

We loved our room, the location, and the breakfast. We will definitely stop again on our way to Notre Dame each year. I loved the lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

The hair dryer could have had a concentrator nozzle. Glad I brought my own,

Location is great- walking distance to Market Square and the Old City. The beds and bath were nice and spacious. We had our dog with us too, and everything was very convenient and well kept. There’s a dog park down the street too.

The garage is a little tight.

We were out looking in the area for relocation and it was in a good spot to drive out and plus it gave us a head start on our travel home. We were walking distance to the square.

Being close to the elevator and you can hear a lot of siren noises from being in the city. We heard people coming through the hallway after getting off the elevator around 1:00 am.

Room location was awesome on 11th floor with great views. Doors slamming was awful. Too bad people don’t know how to quietly close a door! Room was awesome and bedding awesome; however, a small sofa would have been better than a chair.

Doors slamming on hallway. Maybe a soft close door in next renovation. Also, small sofa so we can both sit comfortably without one having to sit on bed.

We were in town for a theatrical event, just a few blocks away. The location was extremely convenient for us to be able to park and walk to the venue. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves immensely

Honestly, this was a terrific stay that fit our needs perfectly. If we venture back to Knoxville, we are very likely to choose this location to stay at again.

The staff and hotel were awesome. The facilities were extremely clean. No stains on the carpet. There was no noise. Staff were friendly, attentive,and extremely helpful. If they saw you looking for something they helped you find it. They didn't just say it's located here with verbal directions they actually took you to where you needed to be. That is very rare but very much appreciated.

I have no complaints

Fast reservations, fast checking, great clean room, accommodating staff, front desk manned at all times, breakfast on sight and paid for with the cost of the room, nice gift shop, great close parking, and fast check out.

On site parking is an additional fee of $10. At the high price for the room parking should have been included but the convenience of parking at the hotel it was a no brainer. Would have liked a microwave in the room to heat up leftover dinner for a midnight snack.

stayed there several times it was ok

when I come in from work there be no parking spots hardly in the garage. They have events and those people take the parking for the people staying on site. I don’t like that. Also, every time I stayed there, some parts of the room be dusty and the bed (which I bring my own) be thrown together
