Americourt Hotel - Mountain City

The breakfast was plentiful, and self-serve. Besides cereals and assorted bagels/breads, they also had hard-boiled eggs, and do-it-yourself waffles. The rooms were large, and the beds and bathroom were clean. Really liked that they were pet-friendly. My little dog was a trooper, and had no problems there. Just beware that another dog may be across the hall barking at each other for a bit. Staff was nice and helpful with any questions we had. The A/C worked well, and the room was relatively quiet.

The chair had stained upholstery, and the carpets were dark, so best to wear socks or shoes. Time to upgrade the bathrooms though, and recaulk and repaint. The beds squeaked when you sat/moved, and the one next to the door was sagging in the middle, so we slept on the other bed, was somewhat better.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond. While i was checking in there was a problem with my booking. They took care of it and got us into our room after driving 9 hours, the tv wasnt working and my kids wanted to watch a movie and the staff got a tv and remote that worked with my son Xbox so he and his sister could watch movies. The staff at Americourt we're so pleasant and just amazing.

no breakfast offered and not a lot of coffee kept at bar hotel needs to be upgraded and refreshed, there is alot of traffic and travelers through this area and it could be a very nice place to stay

It's a nice little place. It's pretty close to everything in Mountain City. The lobby is great and the staff are attentive. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The mattresses are a little harder than I'd like and there was a little damage on the sink in my room but that's about it.

Good price point, great breakfast spread, clean linens and towels. Dog friendly!

She's a little worn down, but it's FINE. The room, sheets and towels are plenty clean. If you've ever stayed in a crap hotel, this is not that. She just needs some basic renovations!

Went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience

NO COMPLAINTS ,other than I miss the breakfast ,but I think they offer it on the weekends from what they told me at the front desk .Staff were extra helpful and had cheerful attitudes which gave Ian extra uplifting spirit .

Room was clean. Beautiful lobby, good breakfast foods with a good assortment.

In room 107, the granite sink had a long crack, the tub looked dirty due to the rubber nonslip strips were missing. Walls needed some attention from maintenance.

The breakfast is awesome, in this day of crappy breakfasts in the name of covid, this location still offers biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, fresh waffles, cereal, 4 kinds of bread ect. Not as good as their pre Covid breakfast but better than anyone else is offering now.

I was on the second floor, only stairs & bad knees don’t mix.

Breakfast was adequate and met the needs, not too thrilled with choice of healthy items or lack of....but all in all it was ok...

Breakfast choices, maybe for healthy fare. granola bars, yogurt, fruit etc.......

The staff was helpful and great!! Room.was clean and had plenty of linens!!

No Breakfast I understand the reason but really hope to see it brought back!!!
