-Walking distance to Broadway! -Very nice and clean! -The rooftop bar! Very convenient for late night drinks on the property. -Room service was QUICK and very reliable! They offer things on their app if you forgot them. (Toothbrushes, Q-tips, feminine hygiene stuff) -The spa is also wonderful! We had a couples massage in the couples suite. -Everything is organic. The food from 1Kitchen was DELICIOUS. We ordered breakfast from there and delivered it to our room.

The elevator was a little difficult to work at first! We weren’t told how to operate it with our room key, so a different guest had to help us with that!

The wonderful smell when you walk in. The rooms are large and welcoming. The lighting is low, and the plants are beautiful and all live. There is moss on some walls with mushrooms in artistic panels. The rooms have wonderful reading lamps and 3 levels of lighting. We were on the 6th fl and had a great view of a typical Saturday night in Nashville.

One Kitchen breakfast should really be included.

The room was beautiful, and comfortable. There is a drinking water tap in the room as well as a great coffee set up we loved. The entire hotel feels very luxurious. The restaurant was delish and we liked the market cafe too. I will only be staying at 1 hotels from now on.

Our only complaint was that our room had a door to join it to the room next door and we could hear the guests in that room while we were trying to sleep one night. next time I will request a room without a joining door.

By far the most amazing hotel we have stayed at all around. Beautiful rooms. Amazing service and facilities. Loved the water tap in the room and all the attempts to prevent waste + saving the earth. Location is a perfect walk to all the parts of Nashville you’ll want to walk to, but far enough way from broadway where it is actually quiet! Totally recommend staying here.

Nothing! Everything was amazing

We had a beautiful suite with amazing views. Beds was very comfortable and linens was clean. Rain shower was great. Robe and slippers was a bonus surprise. Fridge was filled with goodies. Loved their was a full length mirror in our room.

Noise from downtown made it impossible to sleep. Sirens, singing, mufflers, music, banging subwoofers. Terrible noise. It was like sleeping outside. Didn't stop until around 5 am. Room was kind of dark. Bad lighting for us ladies.

The hotel is so central to everything! Broadway, the Assembly Food Hall, Bridgestone Arena, and Music City Center are all within a 5 min walk from the hotel. The Gulch is a 10 min walk and all the stadiums are a 10 min cab ride. The décor is beautiful, so calming... you wouldn't even know you were staying in downtown Nashville. Our room was well appointed and super comfy with an awesome rain shower and floor to ceiling windows giving us a great view of the city. The staff - absolutely my favorite part of our stay; they were all so welcoming and super excited to have us in their opening week!! Also, the food and drinks at 1 Kitchen **chef's kiss**! My BF wouldn't stop ordering the beet salad and The King, an Elvis inspired old fashioned.

The hotel is very nice, all the areas are modern and well taken care of. We arrived early and decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant, while we had our lunch they texted us that our room was ready and brought the keys to us to the table! Amazing customer service. Our luggage was already in the room when we got there. The location is PERFECT! Walking distance from downtown and the Gulch. The room was spacious, very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

This is by far one of the best hotels we stayed at - this is saying a lot for someone who stays mostly at the Four Seasons whenever we can. This hotel exceeded our expectations and everything was top notch. The staff was amazing and the hotel was immaculate

I can’t believe I can say this but there was nothing we didn’t like

Everything was quite amazing. The staff, the cafe and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The room was beautiful. LOVED the water filter feature and pleasantly surprised by the “leave 1 thing”.

Spa was closed and I wasn’t informed until I went there to try to book something. Missed having a pool. no tub in my room. That’s it.

Very Eco friendly, staff was exceptional, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There's zero privacy for the bathroom in the room. No solid door, your roommates can see you shower and see the outline of you when you are tolieting.
