From the moment we pulled into valet and checked in staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating, we were able to check in early to one of the rooms for us to change and get ready to experience nashville...we loved the reception for the cocktail hour and refreshments, as well as the breakfast in the morning! I look forward to coming back and utilizing things we just did not have time for

while everything was great, the only downfall was valet at checkout, and I think it just gets chaotic at checkout, too many people leaving at the same time...maybe try to have a better procedure...but again not complaining...

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, the views were awesome fron our suite. The food in the Hand Cut steak house restaurant was great, however the food at the rooftop bar and grill was very bad. My Empanadas were very obviously frozen and just reheated, terrible! The daily breakfast buffet was very good, as well.

The paper products were terribly thin and cheap. Also observed a male kitchen worrker enter the rest room with his sanitary gloves on and return to the kitchen with those same gloves on!! We had four adults in our suite and constantly had to request extra toilet tissue and kleenex, there were rarely extras provided and we were almost never provided wash clothes over the course of six nights. The evening welcome reception was not great, same boring selection of food every time and the drinks were terrible, made from mixes! We paid $3100 for six nights, expected better from Hilton.

The location is perfect. It was to walk to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay there again just for the breakfast.

When we arrived, it was a Friday evening and there was lots of confusion at the entrance with the valet parking. We first pulled into the the arrival of the adjacent hotel because it was unclear which entrance was Embassy Suites. We then had to seek out a valet and ask what to do, where to leave our car, etc. Also, when I asked for a luggage cart I was told there was only one and I had to bring it right back. One luggage cart for a hotel this size??

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is the best breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at. You can't beat their made-to-order omelets. The evening reception was nice. We had family come by to enjoy drinks and live music on the rooftop.

We rode our motorcycles; prior to making reservations for this hotel, I called the Hilton 800 number to inquire about parking. The operator stated the was free parking available at this facility. Not only is there no free parking ($65), but it is valet only. There is parking across the street for $35 overnight. The receptionist was overly apologetic and upgraded our room, and told us about the parking garage across the street.

It was great location for the fireworks. Nice and clean

I knew alot of places were having rooftop parties and didn't stay at pkace that were having parties for the public in the hotel or facility for a ridiculous fee. I stayed here because of rooftop pool and it had n where on site that it was not available to guest5 who paid to stay at facility. I could of bought a ticket to just get in the area for 50 to 3500. The facility should have had something letting guest know the pool was not available on that day or night. It was embarrassing going up there in pool clothing to be turned out. I'll make sure next year if I'm alive I stay somewhere I can enjoy what they offer. I have terminal cancer so that was a bucket list thing so that really bummed me out.

The breakfast was fantastic. Your employees were pleasant every single time we encountered them. The rooms were clean and neat. Our stay was better than expected. The location was perfectly placed, close enough to Broadway and the Country Hall of Fame to walk, yet far enough away to not be caught up in the madness.

The restaurant was our only experience. The manager would not seat us at 10:20 PM. He asked us to sit at the bar (which was crowded). While sitting at the bar we witnessed several others getting seated in the restaurant. It was a strange experience, as we are a quiet (65 yr, old) couple with little demands, looking for a late meal. We went elsewhere the rest of the trip.

Our suite was clean, great looking, and comfortable. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and uses a walker, so the ADA bathroom with grab bars and walk in shower was perfect. It was quiet around our suite, so we rested well at night. The breakfast was delicious, we attended one of the social hours with cocktails and apps, and we loved the 30th floor with the pool, bar and outdoor seating! Your bell hops were so helpful, and the valet service was great, very attentive, punctual, and kind to us older people. We were in Nashville from the Detroit area to see our son and band "Every Avenue" perform at the Skydeck on Broadway, and our three day stay was a delight!

We have no complaints, just appreciation.

Didn’t like that there wasn’t room service. For the size place and price for rooms during high profile events. Would expect a place to have room service or a third party service to accommodate the guests. Didn’t like the control of the elevator when I had a luggage cart. I waiting snd push the elevator button 16 times. Until my wife took a elevator and wouldn’t let anyone on it and went to our floor so I could carry down are luggage from our room. Also don’t think the higher tier rooms such as the suites don’t have a private elevators for for suites only. In addition and that there are low level floor. Spending 1400 bucks is excepted to be higher than the 5th out or 30 floors

The room size & layout was amazing. The separate living room & bedroom was awesome. The shower with no tub was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was also so good with lots of choices & kept well replenished. Plus the evening reception was a wonderful bonus. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional! Great location as we were so close & within walking distance to the main Honky Tonks as well as other attractions. Five stars all around.I would stay here again.

Location was great, Parking was a little tricky as no signs to from main street to direct you where to park. Parked in back lot, and while it was 30 feet away from valet, they wouldn't take the car, I had to pull back thru. There was no soap in bathroom, after a couple attempts of calling and now answer. Wifi was weak, and couldn't get signal in areas of the room. The big challenge was the t-stat would only go down to 68, in such a large room it heated up at night and couldn't keep up, only getting down to 73 a night which made it hard to sleep. The room was great otherwise and staff was kind, and view was great.

Breakfast, friendly staff.
