It was beautiful and quiet and they offered a great breakfast

Staff at parking area was slow and they had no one to help us with our luggage in which we thought was terribly round they asked us to wait 20 mnts for someone to come down with a cart . When you fly from another state and then have to drive 3 hrs to Nashville the last thing we wanted to do is wait for someone to wait . We ask the man at the parking could you help us where to go and they told us upstairs front desk we where lost with our luggage for at least 20 mnts. Tired and angry we finally approached the right front desk and what they thought would took care of us would be two free appetizers REALLY . We just headed to our room . Ridiculous 😡

We were actually offered to switch to AC hotel for early check-in which was nice. Price and amenities stayed the same.

1 elevator was broken down at AC hotel so was very slow and long wait times. Also when picked up my suv from valet there were chip crumbs on my seat so that was odd considering I did not eat on my drive to the hotel nor do i eat in my vehicle period. Very unprofessional on valets part. Especially when I am being charged $50 a day.

The hotel is in a perfect location to have fun in Nashville. It is two blocks to all the bars and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The variety of choices was the best I've ever seen. The pool was clean and not too crowded, even on 90+ degree days.We got to the hotel really early as we had an early flight. They kept our bags while we had complimentary breakfast and went to the pool. That really let us maximize our vacation time.

It was all good. We enjoyed everything! Great location and amenities!

Location to Broadway within walking distance. Felt very safe, room key had to be used in elevator and to access the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good and convenient

Parking $50 per day, and to use valet was $25 per day which seems very expensive when I paid a little over 1,000 for 3 nights. We never moved our car until we left. Cheaper to use Uber. Drink prices are obnoxiously expensive. $24 for a Bloody Mary at the pool, $20 for frozen drinks,$9 beers. $24 for a martini at the rooftop bar.

The hotel was nice and clean and we liked how they catered to Taylor Swift fans all weekend (since that is why we were there). The location was perfect and the pool area and rooftop bar was beautiful.

They advertised special Taylor Swift themed drinks for the weekend but couldn't make several due to lack of ingredients. I realize that there were a ton of people there and supply issues could happen, but they could have been more prepared and/or just communicated to guests better on what wasn't available.

The location is wonderful, and the main reason we chose this hotel. Being able to walk to all of the Broadway attractions after 7 hours in the car was exactly what we needed. Our family of 5 adults stayed in a double queen suite with pull out couch. The queen beds were great. Pull out was adequate and we were happy that we could share one room, but my kids got a laugh out of the marketing verbage for the pull out... it is not as amazingly comfortable as portrayed. It also wasn't terrible- but guests should know that it isn't comparable in comfort to the beds. Breakfast was very good with a large variety. Even though it is laid out in a spacious way, it did get crowded so I recommend getting there early for the best selection. We were only there one night in December and did not use any extra services. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the hotel, though. Nearly all of the staff we encountered were super friendly. Location, convenience, and breakfast made this a great stay.

The bathroom in the double queen suite was well appointed and attractively designed, but one thing to note is that while the frosted glass sliding door was lovely and slides quietly- if someone is in the bathroom at night the light passes through and it will serve as a giant nightlight right next to the beds. Valet parking was very smooth, but with two cars it was not an insignificant additional expense (we were relocating our daughter for a college internship so it was necessary to have two cars). Cost is on par with other facilities in Nashville, but this is an issue Nashville really needs to address.

I loved the location. The facilities were clean and even spacious for the amount of guests in the hotel. It was walking distance to Broadway and all the bars or a less than $10 Uber each way. Everything I needed was available - gym, laundry, ease and timely speed with replenishing supplies when requested, breakfast on site. All staff were very nice and accommodating. Loved that we could keep bags with valet when we arrived because we were too early to check in.

Location was great as far as being close to all the activities I had planned. I did not explore the gulch area, I spent most of my time in midtown and printers alley. The hotel does have a roof top bar with a nice view and the roof top bar had great food, but I enjoyed the music at the roof top bar at the bobby hotel better. The fitness facilities were much nicer than most hotels. I have only seen a hotel gym nicer at the MGM in Vegas. The staff in the lobby and room service was very friendly and helpful.

So I didn't find out that there was an included valet parking charge until I messaged the hotel. That should be more clear on the booking website.

The location was great - short work to all the hubbub of the downtown area. We also liked having access to the pool - however in the afternoon, the pool is no longer in the sun. There was breakfast included in my rate but I didn't partake in it. The check in and lobby staff were always pleasant and they gave us an extra hour to check out. The room itself was basic but had everything we needed.

Although we got a room for 3 people, when we checked in, the sofa bed was not made up. If they saw we were 3 people I'm not sure why they wouldn't make up the room for 3 people. Also the check in/lobby area is confusing. You have to go up to the 6th floor. During check in and check out times, the whole lobby/elevator/valet area is super chaotic.

The staff was outstanding, so very helpful. The entire facility was very clean and provided so many options for entertainment. The front desk and valets were just amazing.

The continental breakfast lacked a bit. No fresh fruit and the coffee and eggs were not very good. The other thing that was a bit much was the music at the pool was put on at 10am at such a loud decibel that we couldn't even talk.
