Location was beyond ideal… close to everything awesome but outside of the fiesta fray! The front desk staff was beyond kind and accommodating. The views, the fitness center and the decor of the room were exceptional and exceeded my imagination and ideals !

Upon arrival, our room was not ready at 4pm. Had been a long day of travel and a touch of touring so we were in need of a refresh. Inconvenient as we like to “settle in” and have our temporary home settled. Lobby was decent for waiting however and weather cooperated so we could have valet hold our luggage. We love to be active on vacation and the shower was amazing but housekeeping would remove our towels and only replace with one. Really no big deal but since ya’ll asked…

Great location, comfortable and clean spacious room with great views. Lovely staff—-we dropped our phone coming home late and someone had turned it in to the front desk and they tracked it down.

Could have used a mini fridge at min in the room. Plenty of space for it. The roof top pool area was very small. The pool is almost hot tub size (not exaggerating) & there aren’t any real lounge chairs there. They are really pushing the private cabanas but again why pay $500 for one of those when the pool is bathtub size? Limited breakfast menu options

The rooms were lovely, very clean, comfortable bedding, good location, great views, All staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more polite

no parking but knew that when we booked, also the pool and roof top bar was shut for a private function when we were there on the only sunny day we had so couldn’t use the pool which was very disappointing, also the room was for 4 of us and we had to ring reception everyday for enough towels as were only ever left enough for 3 people every day.

The complimentary drink and breakfast was a nice compensation for the problem with the room. The room was close enough to the fireworks to see them from the room but not hear the noise or smell the smoke.

The room was not ready when I arrived after 8 pm. The parking is not free. There were a lot of young folks that were loud and clearly had gone in on a room together.

I loved the ambiance. The property was clean, valet was awesome and the location was great.

I had to call the front desk twice in regards to the A/C in our room. Facilities guys came up each time and told us they would monitor it but the room never got cool even at night the entire stay. Also, the water in the shower would get scalding hot even when after adjusting it to cool. Since we had issues with the A/C, I didn’t bother to even try and deal with the water issue.

Amazing staff who are friendly and provide a well class service. There customer service is second to none. The hotel was clean and the faculties were great.

The pool on one day had too much chlorine in it. All guests had to be evacuated for a short period. Many customers were affected with their swim wear being faded and some guests having allergic reactions to their skin. This was a one off though and was soon rectified by hotel staff. The hotel is ridiculously expensive. Although all in all it was worth staying we feel the prices could have been more reasonable.

The location was fantastic, close enough to walk but not have to be right in the middle. Staff was AMAZING and the rooftop bar was great!

There were a couple of small things, the shower gel in the shower was broken and I was missing the do not disturb sign, but both were addressed immediately and only affected about 2 minutes of my entire stay. Lol. The only thing that was really frustrating was the spotty Internet.

I liked the location. I liked the quick service of the valet attendants. I liked the convenience of the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower, although one of the mounted bottles had fallen off the wall. Needs repaired.

We had difficulty getting anyone to acknowledge us at the cafe downstairs. We tried to eat there on two attempts but got no service despite asking to be attended to. We walked out and ordered room service instead. The hair dryer is horrible.

The view of the city and the bathroom was good

I received a gift of a bottle of champagne for my Birthday from our Son, that was delivered to our room by the Westin staff. We thought it would be nice to enjoy it on the Rooftop near the pool. We were stopped and told NO outside drinks allowed!!! We shared that it wasn’t outside, it was champagne from the Westin. The staff was not having it and sent us away. We were embarrassed and disappointed as they could have very easily checked our story. It was my birthday weekend and this situation left a bad taste.

Beautiful lobby, the restaurant and bar in the hotel were great. The rooftop was fabulous. our room was clean, comfortable, modern and well designed.

The only negative I have is that the front desk staff who checked us in were not very friendly or helpful.
