Breakfast was prompt and plentiful, easy access and not crowded. View of the city and proximity to everything were also excellent. Hotel interior was beautiful and well maintained, very spacious with noticeable designer touches.

The room we were in 2215 had aged pillows that had a musty odor. Was noticeable on entry. Didn't feel like agitating the staff, but it specifically took away from what was a lovely hotel with cool ambiance. And, since you asked, the entry drive through, which had ample space, was mostly chaotic with no one actually managing or directing the vehicles, thus they would get jammed to overflow to the street because people were stopping in the driveway curve when all they had to do was pull forward with some order. Was chaos at night with pick ups, all easily avoidable with someone in charge or some basic cones.

Great location - within easy walking distance of downtown and all other attractions, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is high-end design, the bar food was excellent (we did not use the main restaurant) and the staff is polite, courteous and extremely helpful. There was a slight issue with our late checkout, although this was dealt with very efficiently and to our satisfaction by Andrew (front of house) and the bar tender who remembered our choice of wine even though there was a major wedding party going on and the bar was rocking!

There was a big wedding party booked in for the weekend which did not spoil our enjoyment, but did mean that there was very little chance of a sunbed by the pool!

I pay for my trip  through Booking.com with one credit car ,when I arrive to hotel they ask me for my credit card I give them different card for accidental .when I was checking out I end up be charge on the credit card what was on hold for accidental full amount even tho I explain to them I was charge already from booking.com I talk to manager he say he will take care of that .it’s 3 weeks I’m still charge double .I need to speak with supervisor as soon as possible !

The hotal was gate. Our room was great. But. It was not disclosed that parking was $52 a day an the only parking on site was vallet so you had to pay the parking fees there is no off site parking. So your stuck there with that. An the price of our room changed drastically an now I have 2 charges for a room totalling $2800 an we are supposed to get $1450 of that in a refund which we have not received. But with all that aside. The hotal stay it self was everything we wanted it to be. Great room. Great location Great amenities an a very short walk to Broadway night life. The ryman an the country music hall of fame

Disclosing the amounts of the room rates an the parking situation an cost of daily parking in total we were there for 4 days an payed over $200 for our rental car to sit

Location Clean Modern

When we arrived we were told there is no more availability to valet. Valet is the only thing for parking at this hotel by the way. So we were informed that we needed to find our own parking around the area. More on this in a min. Then I booked a king bed room and were told they didn’t have any and we were getting 2 queen beds. So it was not a good start to this hotel. I will say that after complaining and expressing my disappointment, they were able to find a way to allow us to valet parking. Valet is $50/day.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! Very helpful and courteous. Loved our stay there!

The only negative thing I would have to say about our trip is that there is a lot of construction going on right at the hotel but we did not hear it in our room and it did not put a damper on our trip at all.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a quick trip but nicely located to Broadway

The only thing we had an issue with was the valet parking. We left when many were checking out so we gave the benefit of the doubt, but waited 20 minutes for our car, when we finally said something they hadn’t even gotten our key yet, and within 3 minutes had our car once they were aware how long we waited. Lack of communication between employees was the factor.

Modern very large hotel. Good location on Broadway and close to downtown.

Very busy being such a large hotel. Foyer always crowded with people many eating and drinking out of paper take away paper cups etc. not very elegant for a 5 star hotel. Restaurant where breakfast is served has a very limited menu. Although I booked incl. breakfast the hotel offers a $65 credit for breakfast per room and it is the same menu 24 x .7.

parking was valet only at a cost, but considering Nashville has issues with stolen vehicles this was comforting. We lost water for a spell, but we were out and about so it did not impact us. The roof top dining/bar was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to all the activities on Broadway. I would stay here again.

Great location for breakfast! Buffett was good! We ordered breakfast from the menu. The bacon was overdone but the service was nice. The buffet was better the second day!

The valet lost or mislabeled my car keys. Had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to find them. However, they waived my parking fees for 3 days so it was a win win for both. A like embarrassing for the valet people but all was good. No room service! This was a surprise, especially for aFrad Hyatt!
