Great location for enjoying Broadway, easy walk within a couple of blocks. Spacious well equipped, comfortable rooms. Pleasant, helpful staff. Kel in valet was a particular standout.

There was a little bar set up that was badly managed by a very inattentive bartender, doesn't take credit - not a huge deal, but the girl literally walked away from the bar to chat with friends within eyesight of the bar and NEVER came back to finish our order. After 20 minutes we left without getting a drink. Having a real bar set up would be awesome, only thing this exceptional venue is missing

The property was in beautiful downtown Nashville conveniently located a couple of blocks from Broadway Street where tourists go for food, music, and fun! The property was spacious, well kept, and very clean. The entire staff was exceptional. Our room with two king beds, and a pull-out sofa was huge!

The biggest concern from other family members staying at the same location was the noise level on the side street as they were trying to sleep. My room was perfectly quiet. One other small suggestion would include updating a few of the furnishing in the lobby/breakfast area. Some of the furnishings were showing wear and tear.

I loved that all 5 of us got to stay in one room and had plenty of beds. I’m not sure which adults ever want to sleep 3 to a king size bed.

Bathroom shower made a whistling nose when it was on. Not sure who designed the sinks and faucet placement, they did a terrible job because water goes everywhere. Showers need to be upgraded and or fixed the caulking doesn’t look so great. Unhappy I felt I was made to pay $40.00 for valet service for my car and it was parked 10 feet from where I parked to unload it. Next time I will find a pay parking lot and pay a significantly less.

Decent property but is showing signs of age and needed updates in furniture and facilities. Being three blocks off Broadway outs you close to the downtown strip without downtown hotel prices.

We did have A/C issues and mis-communication between managers caused the issue to span over two days; an annoyance. Also wasn’t a fan of the $75 ‘per day’ security hold; yes, the $525 was returned at end of stay but to me that was excessive.

Breakfast was good and hot. Location was great

I would have thought after going through COVID there would have been multiple hand sanitizers around. Especially when everyone is serving themselves for breakfast and all touching everything. My husband took a shower the first night we were there and almost slipped and fell in the tub, it was very slippery. He warned me so I put a hand towel in the tub so I wouldn’t slip, that worked. If my husband had slipped that would have been an awful way to start our vacation since he is on blood thinners. Not sure what can be done but that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The breakfast was great. the location was very near the Bridgestone Arena where we had come for a concert. We were able to walk there in a very short time, even thought it was raining we had an umbrella.

Parking was non-existant, other than valet parking. just getting in and out of the hotel was very tight in our small car. I cnnot imagine how hard it would have been in a larger car or truck. all of the paring spots just outside the door were filled with tradesmens vehicles.

It was amazing so much to choose from, I like the different eggs and sausages every day Front desk workers so friendly valet workers also so friendly they recommended a car service which was amazing , Very comfortable & clean vehicles , the driver was so nice his name is Ayman you can locate him at 1-615-630-4642 very reasonable also.

Nothing much to say bad about the Hotel

Liked that the hotel was so close to Broadway and we were able to walk most places.

We stayed in a suite and the bathroom was huge but the shower was so small. There was so much space in the bathroom that the shower could have been much bigger. My husband is 6’6 and the shower for him was very tight. The room needs to be upgraded or have some maintenance done as the moulding infront of the tub is pretty beat up and falling off, the toilet is so low to the ground you feel like your going to fall when trying to sit on it.

My stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee was exceptional ! The entire staff were very helpful, Ms. June and Mr. Chris assisted me prior to, and during my stay. No matter what the request, or concerns were, they took action immediately to make things right, and did so with a smile. The free hot breakfast was delicious every single day! The location was perfect, we walked two blocks for the fireworks display, it was a perfect view, and we missed the large crowds before and after the show. Valet parking was so worth the price, we were a few blocks away from the main attractions on Broadway. I'm a 21 year retired Vet, and can say without a doubt, that this Hotel and staff are the best I've ever met!, and I have traveled the world. I will definitely stay here over and over again, I promise you won't be disappointed! And this is Not a paid advertisement.

There's nothing not to like about this Hotel!

The breakfast was phenomenal and the housekeeping staff was great.

Couldn't find my reservation when I got there, then the guy messed it up. We got a receipt for check out and we still had another day to stay. The panic of maybe not having a room for the night and no compensation for it. Plus we called the day we left asking for a call back and have yet to receive one! not good customer service
