Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and attentive staff - I have stayed here multiple times and have always been treated well and enjoyed interacting with them. They are top notch. Nice to have coffee and tea available all the time and a good breakfast.

Once again, the Wifi is really bad. I've complained in reviews about this before so I'll not go into it. Considering how easy it is to purchase signal repeaters to remedy this, it's disappointing that after a few years of having it pointed out that it still isn't better.

This is the third time we've stayed in the hotel and, once again, it was great. Good top-floor room with balcony, comfortable beds, lovely pool area and plentiful breakfast. This year, housekeeping was way better than it has been in previous years and our room was serviced daily to an excellent standard by friendly staff.

As we tend to stay for over a week due to family living nearby, we would appreciate more hanging space for clothes! It would also be great to have a mirror and shelf in the bathroom. These are very minor issues, though. It would be more eco-friendly to have reusable cups, plates and cutlery if possible.

This hotel offers an impressive breakfast selection, far more diverse than many others. It’s my second stay here, with the first being 12 years ago, and remarkably, the quality remains just as high. The cocktail hour was a fantastic bonus, and the free parking added great convenience. The laundry facilities were also excellent—modern machines that worked well, and they were available both times we needed them.

The room can be noisy due to its proximity to the highway, but after requesting a room change, the difference was significant. The hotel itself feels quite dated, which may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, it isn’t close to public transportation, so we relied on Uber to get downtown.

Friendly staff when checking in. Room was always tidy, beds made and toiletries replaced every day. Breakfast was good when I had some, choice of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread, cake, limited choice of cooked food but always fresh. Staff at hand always. Tea and coffee etc available 24hrs. Provided with token for the cocktail happy hours. Use of plastic utensils always, but place always clean.

Everything was suitable for the amount of time I used the room. Not a huge amount of relaxation space in the reception areas, but tvs showed either news or film channel and there were a couple of comfyish sofas.

We've stayed at this hotel often, and are made very welcome each time. The staff on reception are fabulous and always greet us like old friends! It makes staying here a lovely experience. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space and the hotel is good value for money. I really like that it's possible to have a room with a patio or balcony, as I like to be able to sit outside. The pool is great, although can get busy! Breakfast is plentiful and I like the 24-hour availability of tea and coffee.

We've been coming here for years and I've found that housekeeping can be variable depending on the location of our room. It seems that when we've stayed on the top floor, our room is kept immaculate and the bed is always made. This hasn't always seemed to be the case on the ground floor (first floor).

Staff are very approachable and helpful at all times. The free cocktails and nibbles were very appreciated. The location we found was good and near the airport but still convenient to Downtown, It was a bit noisy but this did not take away from our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast especially as there was good variety and choice.

The shuttle seems a bit of a lottery. It is either broken down or working. We almost missed our trip to the Opry because of this. It is not cheap at 20 dollars per person. We used Uber and Lyft. I have read in previous posts that the Manager was to address this issue of the shuttle. Obviously they were empty words as he has done nothing. No doubt he will now say he will take action. I wouldn't hold my breath.

Pool was clean, room was very nice, bed was comfortable, TV was decent size. During my stay my wallet fell out of my purse getting out of my car. Some dirt bag found it, took it into the bathroom, took the cash and left the wallet outside the bathroom on the floor. I couldn't sleep worrying about it. At 1:15 am Margo, the front desk staff, called me to say they had my wallet. She was very kind. The earlier staff found it but didn't take the time to contact me but Margo went above and beyond.

Not enough parking on the side of the hotel we were in. Designated smoking is right outside an exit door.

We liked the room with balcony overlooking the pool, the lighting over the sink and seating area in the room. Complimentary breakfast & coffee was great! Enjoyed Happy Hour free cocktails/ sodas with light appetizers. I recommend getting take out, eating poolside with drinks provided. Hot tub/ pool is open until 10pm which was awesome. Have to use key card to park and enter building which makes it feel safe. Shuttle will take you downtown for $20 round trip.

We were given a flyer at check in to eat at Basilico’s Pizza but it is in a very sketchy part of town and unfortunately food wasn’t very good.

Staff was wonderful and very friendly! Free drinks at the bar were great and dining area was large and clean. Hotel itself was clean as well. Room was large with a comfortable bed. Shower had nice pressure and stayed warm. Hotel offered a shuttle service to Broadway for cheaper than ride shares. Breakfast was VERY good with lots of options.

The heat didn't work in our room and it was high 30s that night. We didn't get back into the hotel until after 2am and figured it would just take a minute to warm up. Never got warm and was blowing cold air the entire time. We planned on checking out at 8am so we chose not to bother the staff to request a new room since it was only for 5ish hours. Just slept under the covers and slept with 2 hoodies on to stay warm. When we did tell staff at check out about the heat, they simply said "oh I'm sorry." No offer to get the manager or give a discount for thr hassle or anything.
