Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was great!!! Beds were very comfortable!! Restaurant staff was amazing and went above and beyond!!!

No laundry!!! Need to devote a small room for at-least 2 or 3 washers and dryers!!! People who travel like to have a place to wash and not have to leave and go find a laundry mat. Paying every time you leave and come back into the parking lot. I don’t think you should pay to park in a hotel you have already paid to stay at!!!!!

The lady at the front desk was very patient and helpful with checking in. The hotel made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location was nice, close to attractions and the airport but not very noisy.

Parking is $16 per night. I suppose that isn't unusual for Nashville where most places charge you to park, but I feel as though hotel guests should not have to pay as much for parking when they are already staying in a room.

The matress and bedding were very comfortable. I was able to get a box fan that I needed more for the soothing noise rather than for temperature control. The breafast buffet options were nice and included real eggs. The bar was also great with a variety of drinks to offer.

We really don't have anything to complainn about with this hotel. They met every expectation, they were very friendly, and courteous. The airport shuttle drivers were great as well.

Not hvng options for those that are plant based/vegan or non dairy options for coffee and then when i asked my waiter he not willing to assist had to ask another waitress for help she was amazing i believe her name was Erin. But i ordered pancakes i asked was butter in syrup & on pancakes & he said yes so asked waitress to see if they could mk no butter he came bk & said that the cook said they didn't hv time to mk me pancakes with no butter. So i left not eating at all but waitress found me some almond milk to atleast enjoy my coffee. That was the only part about my stay I didn't like. You pay $200 a night & can't get 3 pancakes cooked without butter then didn't offer me any other options a bagel jelly something.

I was told that there was a breakfast this was misleading as it was put as of it was free. So to pay for a hotel at booking.com and have to pay for a breakfast plus parking and also not being told upfront that your charged a $50 hold on your card is total crap. This is not a deal and super misleading. Any and all details should be given in the add to let people know what to expect.

The hotel is located near the airport and has a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. Shuttle driver Billy was nice and we had a good conversation about Nashville. Lobby is very nice and open. Restaurant has incredible french toast. The server was trying her best to help me even though they were busy. The bartender was excellent. I really enjoyed staying here. The front desk was helpful and got me checked in quick and easy. I will probably stay here next time I am in Nashville. It is not to far from downtown and is a great value. Room was comfortable and nice. Everything worked fine.

Only 5 minutes from the airport. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast.

Minimal goods in store. They ran out of water Saturday and never replenished by Sunday evening. Garbage out front in cans always very full. Room carpet was sticky. Using the shuttle to the airport in the early morning is hectic as flight crew have first dibs. Had to call an Uber to ensure we’d catch our early flight as we were told we had to wait.

Convenient location to downtown and Opry. Clean and elevators were fast. The food I had from the restaurant downstairs was amazing!!! I had the Philly with onion rings for supper my first night and for lunch on my last day there I had the chicken and red velvet waffles!! Sooooo good!! And then let’s chat about the bed……so comfortable!!!! Wanted to bring it home with me! I slept great both nights I was there.

Having to pay for parking. The staff that work the restaurant area are in absolutely no hurry and hard to find. The waiter at supper did appear to be working by himself while an older guy just kept walking back…..and forth……with a cart. The last day I was there, there was only 1 other table seated in the place. Same rolling cart guy was there and he disappeared quickly. The waiter finally showed up after about 10-15 mins of waiting. So if you have the patience, the food was good.

The location is just out of the way but still 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do so we didn’t have all the noise when we wanted to unwind. We enjoyed the pool and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was clean and all the employees we interacted with were very nice and professional.

The door to the shower didn’t close all the way. There was few options for breakfast as someone with a gluten allergy.

That the meals were included in the price. The pool was very clean and not crowded. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The pillows were small. It made it hard to get comfortable sometimes because you had to use more than one. The entrance to the patio outside the pool was locked so you couldn't go from inside to outside easily. You had to go through the whole lobby to get back to the pool
