The property manager, or general manager or head person in charge whoever it was was wonderful. In the original room I was in the heat would not come on. of course I notified them and they sent someone up promptly to take a look at it. The problem was he only spoke Spanish, and so I could not communicate with him. He did not fix the problem. So when he left, I called the manager again she promptly came up knocked on my door, gave me a new room key across the way and helped me move my things from one room to another. She was on the ball I would definitely stay there again.

Full breakfast, coffee in room, toiletries, safe area and plenty of parking.

It is outdated

Everything was wonderful until I got a notice from my bank stating I was charged almost twice as much as I paid for. When I called the front desk I was told there was a $50 deposit that I as not told about which is illegal. Not once have I or anyone I know ever paid a deposit at this establishment. Their excuse was their computer had a new system and deposits are charged automatically, but when I spoke to a friend who also stayed the same night I did he was not charged a deposit and when I pointed this out all they could say was we do not know why he was not charged a deposit. Other than that I was really impressed. One of the staff members even rolled out a chair (they were out of wheelchairs) to an elderly lady who was on a walker and rolled her to her room. Now that is how customer service should be!!!!

Soon as i walked in the lobby it was so hot and humid it would cause dizziness rest of hotel was fine but the bottom half was extre hot outside was cooler With in 1 hour breakfast was gone both days I was there. The second day I woke up the bathroom was soaked from leak in ceiling no complaints here I mean for the price it was great hotel but they do need to get air fixed on the 1st floor

Clean comfortable

Do not pay in advance through booking.com We have been charged through booking.com when I made the reservation. We arrived and they said they needed a card for $50 deposit which they will refund back. However they took an extra $77.20 2 days after our stay and we still have $77.20 in pending 3 days after our stay. So in total we have had $231.60 taken out of our account for a $77.20 room. Further more we have not given authorisation for 2 of these transactions so they have fraudulently used our debit card.

Friendly staff; both front desk and housekeeping. they always try to accommodate best they can…flexible check in time and a pretty good breakfast. Best of all they are pet friendly!

It’s a bit dated and the card readers at the doors on the sides and back of the building don’t work. There’s limited parking in the front of the building, so at night or in inclement weather you may have to park in the back lot and walk around.

The price was great, the room was clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal buffet style breakfast, waffles, juice, cereal, eggs and sausage, muffins.

Everything was very clean, except hallway carpet definatly needs updating. You walk down this hall with horrible carpet wondering if your room is the same, But no!!! My room was very clean.

Very Clean! Staff very accommodating very nice…. First hotel in ages that I wasn’t locked out of my room in the am when I left to go to my car or to get breakfast! Would definitely recommend their facility to anyone.

Parking isn’t the best and we couldn’t access the side doors due to construction I’m assuming. But still worth staying at the property because everything else was great!

The beds were comfortable and I was able to book it online.

Our room had ants all over. The dresser, TV,, fridge, sink and bathroom. We had to keep all our stuff on the floor and away from those areas. The room was $94. They had no rooms available to move to and we just got in from a 12 hour drive from Virginia. I was told my front desk to speak with the manager in the morning. She was understanding and apologized for the room. I was given 20% off the cost which was $18. The inconvenience of having to sleep with ants all over was well worth more than 20% to cover taxes.

It was clean, decent breakfast spread and extremely price friendly!! We were able to bring our dog which was a relief.

My only complaint would be the rooms are definitely not sound proof. I could hear traffic, other guests in the hallway as well as a dying battery in a fire alarm beep from a different room near us.
