Good hotel at good price on a busy football weekend in Nashville. Easily to reach from the freeway and a 10 minute Uber into town.

Deposit was taken, but this was returned without issue.

Hotel was great but they advertise that they have a continental breakfast and they didn't.

I choose hotels with continental breakfast for a reason and to a reason and to arrive and find out that they didn't have it was disappointing.

Hotel room was clean and well equipped. Very Good A/C and Waffle House is right next to the hotel. Bed was very comfy and it was really nice to have fridge and microwave as well. Enjoyed staying there. Location is very good. Bus stop close and with bus about 25 minutes to downtown.

It's pretty good for the price and don't really have anything complain. Don't expect luxury but good night's sleep. Maybe could've had more lighting. I mean there are many foot lamps but only one ceiling lamp next to bathroom sink which made the room little too dark even at daytime. At least my room faced highway and cars and trucks were driving it 24/7 so it caused some noice. Pointing that out if you're a sensitive sleeper.

the king bed was exceptionally comfortable! Was great having Pancakes for breakfast. Shower head was fantastic along with water pressure. TV had gorgeous picture quality! Loved that the room had a chair with ottoman. Impressive there were 2 night stands, several tables and plug ins throughout the room. Very pleased!

parking was horrible! not enough parking space

It was very clean and well taken care of.

They still advertise breakfast in their advertising. However that is false. Even after all COVID 19 restrictions have been lifted, they still didn’t have breakfast or any apology for it. I pay more to stay at locations because of breakfast.

Don't like I could not park in front of my room. Had to park on the other side where I could not see the car. And the vending machine did not work on the 3td an there was not a vending machine on the 2nd floor when there is A LOT of room on that floor. Other then that it was a good location. Good walking distance to the gas station 4 minutes

no breakfast we got there late arrival we had two rooms, it was around 8:40 or so. Water would not turn on. I thought when they cleaned the room they would not have been able to turn water on either. maintenance came up to fix, faucet was stripped, could not be fixed, at that moment so they had to gather everything back up, her husband had PJ’s on, and move to another room. It was taken care of but after long day and work and 3 hour drive, they were a little ill. other than that it was fine except no breakfast

hotel was nice and clean bed was comfortable staff was hit or miss but for the most part very friendly

had multiple problems with key card working on door. it would bring up the green light but it would not unlock the door. had to try multiple times to get it to work Air condition nor heat worked in the room but it really wasn't needed as the fan kept it comfortable

Quiet area, close to assignment, and close to restaurants and shopping.

No breakfast. They wake you up way before check out time. You can't renew day before checkout.

Location, bed is comfortable, room is clean Housekeeping staff very nice!

Front desk lady not approachable and friendly. Not even a “hi” or “how are you”. Need to improve customer service relations
