The fitness center was equipped enough for what I needed
The bar down stairs was completely under stocked I asked for 3 different things off the menu and they were all out or didn’t have this or that. The bar tender was very friendly and provided great service with what he had

the staff was rude and unhelpful. I got an email at 1 in the morning the night before check in stating they were having maintenance done on the water and that the hotel would not have water on May 19th from 11 am to 9 pm. we checked in around 3:30, the staff did not mention the water problem. 10 minutes after we got to our room the fire alarm went off, we went outside and stood around for 30 minutes with other guests and the staff told use nothing. finally a fireman told us a water pile had burst on the 5th floor, which was where our room was. I asked the front desk if we could return to our room they said yes, a fireman told us he would be hot and steamy because it was a hot water pipe that burst. the staff did not offer to put us in another room. the carpet was soaked outside our room. we tried to find another hotel but everything was booked so we had to stay the night. staff offered no assistance, no apologies and no information. the hotel appeared to be very new and several things unfinished. I feel I deserve my money back or some type of compensation.

The location close to Nashville
Construction in the hotel. Fire alarm going off. No hot water. Room not clean/ floors not swept. No fitted sheets on bed. An untucked flat sheet over mattress the the duvet THEN another flat sheet...?!? Coffee maker didn't work. Huge dehumidifiers running loudly outside the door.
