Breakfast was impressive & good. Most only offer coffee or tea & Danish roll. You gave a full delicious 😋 breakfast. I didn't workout but I like that you provided a gym with all I would use. The room was great with fridge & microwave. The shuttle bus service was great & we were able to enjoy Nashville night life, music & food. The Staff was the best. Ande check us in & Angel Gabe us great suggestions for Nashville attractions. Lastly, your price couldn't be beat. Thx for making our 1st visit to Nashville the Best. 🥰 Denise & Theo Michaux

We love staying here anytime we're in Nashville. Sometimes the prices are a little ridiculous, so we'll stay somewhere a little more affordable, but usually they're good. The room we got/usually get (2 kings) is HUGE. A little sitting room when you walk in the door, then a second door that goes into the actual room, which has so much space!! The beds are SO COMFORTABLE!! I have a husband who is never happy with hotel beds, but he sure doesn't complain about these! They're so plush! Hotel staff is always super friendly.

There were a lot of odd smells this time. The carpet smelled funny, the elevator had a different smell than the carpet, but still odd.

The room was spacious and comfortable except for the couch. The breakfast was very good. There was a great variety of food. The scrambled eggs were outstanding. I do wish there had been bacon as well as sausage. The staff was very courteous, and I was impressed that Angel did so much of the work himself.

I was not unhappy with the housekeeping, but would have liked being able to communicate better with the Spanish speaking maids. The did not always understand me. We were sometimes short of washcloths and hand towels.

From Angel who worked the front desk to the comfort of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff or stay was awesome. The breakfast was fresh hot and tasty. I just wish they could move the donut bend away from the waffle maker because it gets really crowded and it's hard to make you waffles or get your donuts. Other than that everything was great! Thank you to the staff. Well ran business

I'm not sure why this place has so many horrific reviews. Its pretty solid for a basic close proximity to the airport hotel. We stayed here for one night because we had an early morning flight out of BNA and the hotel had everything you would need for a one or two night stay. Room was a decent size, bed was comfortable, no sign of bedbugs or any such thing which some other people have complained about. They provided toiletries and adequate towels. Everything in the room worked just fine. Both the person who checked us in at night and checked us out in the morning were exceedingly nice and courteous.

The room is definitely dated and has a musty smell but not enough to be a deal breaker. Especially not if staying only for a night or if you don't plan on staying in your room a lot. After staying here I found many of the negative reviews to be exaggerated.

The night staff was amazing! The young gal’s name started with a C. I booked for price and location. The air conditioning was not working. The on call maintenance guy was great on getting us a new room along with C. at the front desk for the move. So helpful and understanding. The room (107) was stagnant and lots of dust that is why only a rating of 9. Once moved to king suite we were so pleased! Thank you for taking care of us celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary.

The breakfast was nice but no fresh fruit for 3 mornings. Other than that will recommend to others.

From the moment we arrived to when we left we had a very enjoyable stay indeed. Our room was the best yet of our tour of America out of 10 hotels so far. It was very large with the added addition of a small kitchen/dining area for 2 - it was a deluxe room. It was clean and very comfortable. Staff were always pleasant although the breakfast area could have been kept cleaner - a few spillages etc. The staff present did nothing to check the floors and mop up. The breakfast was very good as well.

Apart from the the observation about keeping the breakfast area clean during breakfast time there was nothing else.

The location was convenient and had a friendly front entry in which to congregate with other guests and spacious eating area with cell phone connections. The front desk clerks were helpful and shuttle service to and from 7th and Broadway was available hourly daily. Many breakfast choices were available.. Comfortable beds.

The Alexis had thin walls, so we heard people in the halls and the outside traffic. Room service did not make beds or replace toiletries, although we had several nice toiletries including Bath & Body aromatherapy body wash and mouth wash. The four levels of hotel had only one elevator to use.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. They did have construction going on but we had no issues with it. Location was pretty convenient for our stay. Popcorn machine was a hit with our group. The room was very large and the beds were so comfortable!

Parking was pretty full but the security guard made sure to walk around to show us a safe location to park our vehicle. So honestly not the hotels fault. We did have to ask for extra towels but again not a deal breaker.

We stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions during our two week holiday to the USA. Our arrival was expected and dealt with promptly. The rooms were clean and functional. There was a coffee machine in each room and the staff were friendly and polite. The location was ideally suited due to its close proximity to the airport, and it was a fairly short cab ride to the city centre. We had no complaints about the breakfast, and overall, we were satisfied with our two stays.
