In particular, the cleanliness was just amazing. The room was cleaned and fresh linens were supplied daily. The pool (a very large one!) was immaculate and beach towels were provided, lots of lounge chairs and tables/chairs. Oh, and the free breakfast buffet - amazing! There was a choose-your-own-omelet chef, pancakes, waffles, breads and bagels to toast, muffins, eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits, juices, coffee, tea. Three or four staff were always on site at the buffet, replenishing as things were used, wiping down countertops and tables, assisting guests as needed. And everything was new and clean in the room - lots of tables & chairs for the guests. This is a remarkably clean and welcoming hotel!

I can’t think of a thing I’d complain about.

The check in and out was easy. The people were so friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood felt safe. Food and restaurants were within walking distance. Simple and clean for the price. Breakfast was good had everything needed to start your day. Pool area was great and plenty of seating and relaxing to just sit and eat.

Paying to park was odd this must be new in Nashville. Many hotels are charging now to park, the parking was 15 which was cheaper than mo st. With parking and all the room was still a great price. We stayed 1 night and was close to our dr apt

I liked the location the best we could walk all the places that we wanted to go or take a short lift to the Grand Ole Opry. I like the massage chairs in the lobby. The swimming pool and the beds were quite comfortable

It's not very modern or updated. It looks like a motel instead of a comfort inn. But once you get past that great location and very comfortable

The comfort of the room, the breakfast is exceptional and everything is in walking distance! Food, entertainment etc, literally right across the street.

A couple things in the room could've been cleaned better, but overall the room was great. The remote control to the TV doesn't have the button to setup hdmi etc, so we couldn't watch movies we brought alone. So if you travel with a firestick, gaming system, etc, you won't be able to play either.

It was a decent location. Maybe 8 blocks to Broadway. There are restaurants and bars across the street. It was comfortable, friendly, and clean. They had a GREAT free breakfast! Made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, fruit, bagels, Muffins, good coffee, juice etc. Outdoor swimming pool. Definitely would stay again!

The $15 a day to park Other than that I was pleased

The room was clean and neat the staff was attentive to our needs. We felt welcome the hotel was close to everything with in walking or driving distances. breakfast was better than a free breakfast. I was in the food service and hospitality business and it was great. I was happy.

When I booked it I felt this motel was pricey, but after our stay I feel it was worth it. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were helpful and we were within walking distance of a lot of Nashville sites. Best breakfast buffet I have had in a motel

The furniture was a little worn looking but that had zero impact on our stay.

The staff is beyond attentive. This is our 3rd stay and we wouldnt stay anywhere else. The free breakfast is second to none. Clean as a whistle,and the cleanining never stops,there is ways someone doing something. Hats off to the entire crew from the front desk to the top notch maintenance team.

The biggest advantage is its location. A short walk to downtown Nashville with all the attractions it proved to be an excellent choice. The rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate. Nothing to rave about. But staff were helpful and accessible. Which as a tourist is invaluable.

Construction/repairs was ongoing. Minor issues.

Location was convenient to downtown. Several bars/food venues across the street.

Room smelled musty. No plug to use bathtub..only shower available. Large crowd allowed by pool until late into A.M hours.
