Property was clean and comfortable and well situated. The staff were very helpful especially the front desk I would like to single out two ladies Kayiaa and Kayvlen who were so helpful and reassuring that my stay was a happy and memorable one ,which it was

There were one or two minor issues No room service Saturday evening. Jets not working in hot tub and water need filtering, I originally got in without wearing glasses,I got out for a little while to cool off got back in and had my glasses on quite shocked at the state of the water. maybe if jets were working it would have cleaned it up

Staff very nice. There was a mix up in the reservation from a third party but they were accommodating and found me a room. Room was clean and comfortable. The snack bar was convenient and well stocked with lots of choices.

Paying for parking was expected but I did not like that I had to valet park. This meant I had to wait for my car when I needed it and I had to have an extra expense of tipping. I was not going to skip tipping the nice young men. I'm very capable of parking my own car and would have even been glad to park at a higher level to leave room for those choosing to valet.

The staff was wonderful and very attentive and concerned for my stay. They were all awesome to be around.

When I went to bed I realized the mattress and sheets were all wet. I took the linens off and it looked like someone tried to clean the mattress and there was an approximate 3 ft circle of wet fluids on the mattress. I called down to request new linens and a mattress pad. The night attendant said it was not their fault and suggested that I spilled something on the bed which was not true. I ended up turning the mattress over and put the dry linens on the bed. Also, I bring my own disinfectant because I prefer to take a bath and the stopper was broken away from the bottom of the tub so I cleaned it myself and it was covered in black mold. While in the tub the stopper moved to the side and a large glob of moly hair popped out from the drain.

Beds were comfortable and clean and we couldn’t hear any noise from anywhere.

The food was great in the dining room. I feel like there wasn’t much direction on what to do as far as someone waiting on you just go get it. The girl that was working got annoyed with us especially when my friend ordered breakfast at 1025 but we didn’t know it closed by1030 her compliment was” I guess you’ll be the last one for breakfast as she rolled her eyes at us . We weren’t being rude we didn’t know

Big room, comfy bed, good pool, decent cooked breakfast available. It was a 15 minute walk down to Broadway. Bus stop outside and cost $2 fare downtown (busses take dollar bills).

One of the reception staff was very unhelpful - we asked to call us a cab downtown, and she outright refused because "we don't do that for guests". I've never experienced that anywhere else. I couldn't do it myself from a UK cell phone.

It is clean friendly and well taken care of. Beds and bedding comfortable with ample lights. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Ice machine was broken on our floor. It is within walking distance to downtown however it is a long walk (pray for no rain) we did end up using Uber. A shuttle would be a great guest option. The extra cost $43 for parking each night. Does not include complimentary breakfast, you do have the option to purchase it.

The staff at this location was wonderful, the front desk was very helpful and always accommodating. Our valet was great, a little confusing at first but the poor guy was working alone and working his butt off! Our room was ready early and was very clean and fresh! Easy access to every where we wanted to go, we took quite a few Ubers for cheap around the city and our Shuttle with Tony was super easy and fun! This is a great price for being so close to everything, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to check out the city!!! (:

The valet part was a little confusing for us but it could just be because we had never been before. Seemed more like they were understaffed, the valet himself was great (:

Room was as expected. Shuttle was convenient and accessible when needed. It was also very easy to access our vehicle when needed. Almost everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was a ripoff ($15/person). Server was very rude and price was definitely not worth it. We arrived at 9:35 am and breakfast was over at 10 am. Server had an attitude from the time we walked in. She began pulling foods off the breakfast bar at 9:45. If you stop at 10, it should be available until that time.

Location is perfect, so easy to walk everywhere! There are good restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The front staff were all very friendly and accommodating and John B. the bar tender was great to chat with also.

Nothing can be done about it other than earplugs, but the weekend sirens were quite active! It's a large city, so next time I go to a large city I'll bring them!

The rooms were very nice and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The valets were prompt even though parking felt very pricy at $40/night. The front desk receptionist had a bottle opener for us when we asked, which was a nice surprise.

Breakfast and the food shop in general didn't look worth the value. The rooms were also advertised as "with a view" and our view was of a roof directly next to us with no real view of the surrounding cityscape.
