My wife and I celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary in Nashville, and reserved a standard king room. Upon arrival, the Virgin hotel staff gave us an upgrade to the Grand King Suite with a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us in our room. The Virgin hotel is very luxurious with many upscale amenities. Every staff member we met was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make our stay very memorable.

The fact that I didn't stay longer. I won't make that mistake again.

Room was very well put together & felt much larger than other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in of a similar size. View was awesome, rooftop Lounge was great to have so close & amazing views, and the staff were wonderful. We used to stay at another hotel nearby but will definitely be returning to Virgin instead!

Excellent customer service by all of the staff. Kita bartender in the Lobby area was excellent, always greeted us with a friendly smile. The hotel is very clean and inviting, loved the speakeasy bar.

The bartenders in the pool bar were not as friendly nor customer focused. I would sit at the bar and would have to call out for them to order my drink as they stood around talking among each other. This happened several times. I did notice that there were regulars that lived in the area and were at the bar, those patrons would get all the attention. The bar staff needs more training in customer service with the tourist.

We really enjoyed the premium resort feel and service at Virgin Hotels Nashville. We were greeted by great friendly valets and busman. The lobby makes a beautiful first impression. The same attentive service we experienced at every interaction at the Coffee shop, bars and lounge. We really loved the outdoor bar area on the street and the rooftop pool! We enjoyed our walks from the property almost every day of our stay down to Broadway. This has been the best hotel experience of our lives; rivaling our Sandals stay. We are very impressed with this property in Nashville, and know we will return here in the future! We will also seek other Virgin Hotels in our travels!! Really a beautiful experience, well run place. It’s a destination on its own. Chris and Tonia

Nothing at all!

Loved the rooftop pool. It was awesome. The hotel itself is super fancy and the architecture is amazing. So much detail everywhere, it's beautiful. The coffee shop is yummy. The location is good, it's near alot of things. The rooms are super nice, beds are comfy. Shower is amazing.

Drinks are super expensive. 20 bucks for a glass of wine. Before tip. So for us Canadians that's like 27 bucks plus tip??? So like 32 dollars for a 6 oz of basic wine. Not worth it.

What’s not to like? It’s a fantastic hotel. Upbeat vibe and a great location. Love the lighting in the room which sets automatically like Lutron. Bed super comfy. Great shower !

The first day we had cups, coffee and creamer. Second day we didn’t have anything refilled just the bed was made. I called down twice and finally got coffee and cups but they didn’t empty the bins or clear the coffee station . So the downfall I’m sorry to say was housekeeping. Also my sheet was clean but has a brown stain at the top. They didn’t bother to hide it either! Yep housekeeping needs to be addressed they let the hotel down

Eggs Benedict were delicious. Never had dinner as the menu was odd & overly expensive. Missed having a jacuzzi on the premises! Lighting in the room was erratic on the timers. Location was not close enough to good restaurants, bars, shops. Area nearby very questionable, especially walking around at night. Happy hour was good, but drink menu too limited & food menu was odd as only had oysters! Need magnifying makeup mirrors in room-they have them in almost every hotel room now. Dustin was very helpful w/Uber & luggage! Rachel was a friendly server.

The proximity to Vanderbilt freshman dorms was very good. The people were terrific The restaurant downstairs is convenient and good

I did not like the bed, sheets or pillows. I woke up every day hurting I was also put right next door to the elevator, which kept me up throughout the night.  I did not like the open design of the bathroom opening into the bedroom, although there was a sliding door. The tempered glass, toilet room door and shower door wasn’t private enough for my son and I. 

Breakfast was good and quick. We ordered a gluten free breakfast sandwich. The bun was actually pretty good. We would order room service if we were in a rush. The room was clean and comfy and the cleaning service for the rooms was always easy to reach if needed.

The pool area was small and felt cramped but lovely. The view was great from the rooftop. The gym was very subpar for a premium hotel. It was about a good 20 minute brisk walk to all the action on Broadway. Overall it was an above average hotel as far as amenities.

I recently stayed at the stunning Virgin Hotel in Nashville, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The decor of the hotel was exceptional, with a modern and chic design that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home by the incredible staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel features an outstanding restaurant and bar, where we were treated to sumptuous meals and delicious cocktails. The overall vibe of the hotel was upbeat, and it was conveniently located in the heart of Nashville, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Virgin Hotel in Nashville to anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable experience.
