location it was close enough to downtown Broadway and far enough from the noise of Broadway also hotel provided shuttle service to anywhere around 3 miles which was awesome for New Years Eve night Room was clean

The shower was the only problem it ran out of hot water after one shower and we called front desk and the problem was still not resolved

The website said there was shuttle service, but there was not. We had to rent a car, so we had to pay to park daily. The valet was not always available, so they let us park in front to accommodate, which was great. Breakfast could use some variety and the biscuits would get hard, but overall nice offering and OJ was good. The mattresses gave me backaches, so maybe they need updating. The blankets were thin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC was great, hotel was clean and quiet. Walking distance to eatery.

Noted pro's and con's above. I did think the price was high but I am not used to the area, so maybe I am just not as familiar with costs. No shuttle, wait for valet, which was rectified, hard biscuits at breakfast, lacking changing up at least one thing each day, too soft of mattress.

Staff was extremely helpful, we were at the end of a cruise and wanted to stay an extra night. We asked for an early check in and we were accommodated and also given an extra hour on the following day, before leaving for the airport to go home. The hotel was lovely and clean, the breakfast was fine, room was great.

We were a little bit disappointed about the location. It was my own fault, I saw the Music City area and booked near there, as we thought there would places with music nearby. Not your fault though, my mistake. The hotel and the staff was great!

The staff was wonderful, Kind, courteous, and most importantly - friendly. It was like carrying on a conversation with someone I might run into on a regular basis in my hometown. Also, big shoutout to the valet service and the wonderful gentleman who help me with my car. They even let me keep it there after we checked out early because we wanted to walk to Broadway.

Only problem - the air conditioner in our room could not be controlled, as in the controls did not seem to work. To keep from getting too cold at night I had to place a pillow over the vent to keep the air from blowing directly on me. However, I did not bring this up to the staff - it wasn't a deal breaker and we were only in the room to sleep that night as we spent the rest of our time in town and at a concert. I feel certain that they would have addressed the problem had I mentioned it.

They charge your credit card 30$ per day incase of incidentals and state you will receive a refund within 30 days. Did not like that, charge my card if i break something but don't precharge me and then refund it. I didn't argue because i realize the people working the front desk didnt make the policy.

The hotel itself was nice. The shuttle was a great servkce..Friendly staff.

Was not informed that it had changed to Valet parking and price per night had went up.

We loved how friendly all the front desk staff were during our stay! We liked the clean room & big fridge & kitchen area. The air worked great! We were lucky to have no barking dogs by our room, but our friends had one near their room that kept barking. I like that my vehicle was kept safe, but I do not like Valet parking. My husband would prefer to park our own car. Your headquarters do say that you have option, when we called & asked, but we were told no. We would definitely stay here again! Love the free breakfast, great selection!!!

Valet parking should be optional like your headquarters told me on the phone. Barking dogs near rooms without pets is not ideal.

The location of the hotel was exceptional as you can walk to many restaurants and bars without dealing with a lot of traffic (car/foot). The hotel room was quite clean and updated with plenty of room to stretch out.

The parking was valet only without the option of self parking. I understand some places probably require valet only but it should be staffed appropriately. We waited for awhile to pick up and drop of our vehicle on every single occasion. We even called down in advance multiple times hoping our vehicle would be ready and it never was.

It was very clean and close to main attractions

There was nothing that I really didn’t like about it! If I had to say anything, it would be about the cabinet that the breakfast sandwiches were in. And that’s because I saw an elder man struggling to hold his plate and get his food at the same time. It was a little hard for us to grab it too. The cabinet door should come down instead of lifting up. But that’s all I could think of lol
