Loved the location! Only 5 minutes from downtown, around the corner from Vanderbilt, and within a short distance of many other fun attractions! My husband and I had a great time here and will definitely stay here next time!

Only downside was parking! The parking lot was smaller than expected and it cost $20 a night to park there.

The hot breakfast was nice, glad you have started them again.

We were very disappointed that the shuttle is no longer running into town in the evening. A few days before I specifically called the hotel to ask if the shuttle was still running so we could use it in the evening and was told that yes it was. After arriving we found out that the shuttle only runs 6 am to noon, new hours we were told which is not what I was told on the phone. I doubt it gets much use during those hours, the evening is when you can take advantage of it. So we had to drive into town and pay a $30 parking fee which was not expected. I also thought the price of the room was very high, most other Hampton Inns I have stayed at are around $120-150. Over $200 is excessive.

It was walking distance to everything . . . if you like to walk, which we do! The shuttle to and from downtown was fantastic for those times we needed a lift. There was construction going on nearby, but the room was peaceful without noise coming in. The pool was awesome for cooling down and sunbathing after taking a nice long walk in the Nashville heat. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, and the included breakfast was also very, very good!

Paying for parking! Urgh! That is sooooooo unfair, for pity's sake. You think it doesn't sting? Next time I book a hotel I'll be adding up ALL the little costs when looking for the best price/value.

The rooms are very nice, small, simple, but have everything. The bed is amazing, slept like a baby. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best around.

When we booked, there was a free shuttle that would drop off downtown. That is why we book this hotel. At check in I asked and was told there was no shuttle to downtown anymore. We just Ubered, so no big deal, but this was always a draw for us. We’ve stayed at this hotel for 6 years on our trip south.

Clean, easy to get to and a few nice restaurants and live music in walking distance

Too far from downtown. No places to walk to and parking was $25/day in an unsecured lot. Pool was closed most of the time we were there, only 1 floor had a working ice machine and the snack room was mostly empty.

The first room I checked into was dirty because of mold on the airconditioner. They immediately gave me a better room, but that one had a broken soap dispenser. When I told the front desk about the broken soap dispenser, believe it or not, the maintenance guy actually beat me back to the room!! Talk about service.

Although the property was cleaned as best as they could, it definitely needs a remodel.

Breakfast was low quality,I would suggest you carry less items to choose from with better quality in the things you do serve.

Waffles are yuk, eggs tasted like powdered eggs- bland-wrong kind of sausage for breakfast- no biscuits- too much sweet stuff yogurt not cold. I.cook a lot— this is an easy fix and could do it below budget.😋

Breakfast was great, a little variety each day. Nice selection of fresh fruit each day too. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to some places and the van would take you to places that were too far.

The waffle maker was not working while I was staying there. I overheard that they had no waffle mix because of an unpaid bill. This seems like information the staff should not tell the guests 😳🤷🏼‍♀️
