Perfect apt size for a couple. The location was perfect 10 min walk to Broadway, Bridgestone arena and riverfront. 10-15 mints to the gulch. Very clean. Included toiletries, washer and dryer a plus. Some groceries stores near by I recommend to Uber to those. About 15-20 mints from airport. Super easy check in and check out. Near everything, far enough from the noise

The property is a maze. We got lost multiple times as there are different buildings that connect thru the parking lot. We entered the main building and our key opened the wrong apartment that was occupied of course we were on the wrong building. Thankfully the front desk host was very kind and helpful walking us thru and accompanying us to our building. Apartment needs blackout window shades. Specially since our apt was right beside the neon sign of the building. Fully equipped kitchen. Need some pans. They do have pots but not pans or toasters. So if you buy groceries be aware of this.

Great facilities and close to Broadway, Gulch and Midtown, pool and gym were absolutely great and the staff very helpful when needed.

The weekends seemed to attract people who didn’t stay at the property but who managed to get in somehow and you could tell by the vibe around the pool/grill how this changed the atmosphere. Also got my ray bans stolen from this said crowd and didn’t want to put up a fight as they were a little scary. Another thing to mention is that the place is close to the rescue mission center and bus station so will naturally have a lot of homeless people. If you’re by yourself I’d recommend taking an Uber back from Broadway late at night or have someone accompany you! Apartment could do with some more essentials if staying for longer? Only one coffee bag, one dishwasher pod, and one laundry detergent pouch.

The apartment was very clean, everything was there that you'd possibly need including a huge washer dryer in the apartment itself, great for longer stays.

The parking and getting the key fobs was a bit confusing. I asked about parking, was told i had to pay for it after picking up the key fob. then when checking out there was mention about if you parked with us return the parking card... there was no such thing. Also, the check in was very strict to 4 pm... would be nice to be slightly more flexible. Finally, for an older person who does not have a smart phone, it's almost impossible to manage the process. Even for an older person like me who does have a smart phone, there were a lot of codes and instructions to read through in advance.

Great communication and clear directions with labeled photographs, made check-in very easy. The unit was spacious and very clean, equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The queen-sized bed was comfortable. The pool and common areas were the icing on the cake. The location was perfect for walking to the Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, and all things Broadway. Uber and Lyft were readily available, also.

There were very minor things that could be an improvement. There were 2 extra pillows but no pillowcases. There was one medium frying pan and no bakeware for cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The most gorgeous set of marble salt and pepper grinders was empty. A king-sized bed would be great.

The room and building are very nice. Modern studio apartment with nice furniture, brand new appliances. Bathroom and shower were great, laundry room in apartment. Comfortable. Pool and rooftop area were both great. Distance to downtown area was convenient- far enough away so it's quiet but just a short walk to get there.

Accessibility issues - one of our key fobs just stopped working after the first day. Instructions to get into building and room were a little involved, wish we were able to just walk in and get keys instead of reading a long list of steps. I also did not like that they asked for a selfie and other info as part of the registration process. The room had a full bed, wished we at least had a queen.

The industrial/modern design was beautiful and relaxing. Great location, short walk to Broadway. Not noisy at night. VERY clean/neat.

We booked for 2 nights, but I couldn't get there until the 2nd night (my flight was delayed to the next day). My husband was already in TN for work at Fort Campbell, so he checked us in that first night. He had some issues trying to figure out the key boxes and codes to check in, but 2 gentlemen working there helped him out. Everything was great all around after the whole check in process. One other downside was no wifi connection. We tried several times with the password sent to us, but couldn't connect. I reached out to the support team a couple times but no luck. Not a huge deal for a 2 day stay, so overall a very nice/beautiful & CLEAN place to stay. We would definitely come back to stay here next time we can visit together.

The facilities were excellent and the location was superb. There is a rooftop pool and a gym for those wanting to work out or socialise. There is also a skylounge which included a pool table and many tv's to chill outside of the sun.

The check in method wasn't great and despite there being staff on the desk throughout the day into early evenings they were not the most proactive in trying to help you. Don't be afraid to ask for more towels, washing detergent etc as there is no maid service until checkout!

Everything! Spare towels for the pool which was a nice touch. We had a studio and it was extremely spacious for a couple. Reception staff so lovely. Gorgeous clean pool. Water & coffee provided in lobby. Easy check in. We were lucky enough to get one of the free parking spaces outside the property. Makeup only face cloths, tissues, great washer dryer, fridge etc. Location is great. They have two or three BBQs on the roof so recommend that you try it out if you have a few days! We got the tour bus from the road beside the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the distillery on the corner! Must go!

Seems to be a thing in America, but no black out blinds or curtains & quality of toilet roll would be only complaints. People are right about the long walk to the room, water pressure and the sound travelling in from the halls and outside building works, but honestly as long as you’re aware I would overlook it. We ended up taking the stairs and we found on the last day a lift from the parking garage entrance back into the building! Do also buy water etc on the way to the property to save bringing it back, there is water on the 3rd floor by the pool and in the Lobby if you forget to bring it back any night, we just went and filled a few bottles.

Fabulous location, such an easy walk to all the fun! Room was spacious, funky and modern with a full kitchen. Easy parking (although you do have to pay). Little balcony (could have had a little chair there but I brought a kitchen chair out for a bit of fresh air). Huge pool. Coffee machine made great coffee. And a full laundry. After road tripping for several days it was a bonus to be able to wash and dry my clothes!

It would have been great to have some basic groceries able to be brought if its late. There was a single coffee serve for the fancy coffee machine but I ended up borrowing coffee from a neighbour when waiting for a pizza - which took a long time and then was delivered to the wrong door! Luckily I went for a walk to chase it up and saw my order sitting down the hallway! Once I had some groceries I loved having a kitchen.

the location was excellent within walking distance of broadway but far enough away from the noise. the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was lovely.

my only issue was I didn't receive an email with my entry code on but luckily there was someone on reception so I could get in. I also had paid in advance for my parking but wasn't given a permit but did manage to get in and out of the car park. the person on the front desk said someone would be in touch but I didn't have an email or call. also the safe in the room was shut so we couldn't use it I did ask on reception but no one got back to me.
