I read reviews before coming and I saw many about it being “dirty” and “things not working” well it may not be the “perfect” hotel but it was certainly the best for the value! My husband and I booked it for our anniversary vacation and we absolutely loved and enjoyed every second of it including this hotel! staff was friendly and the room was very clean! I loved how close the hotel was to EVERYTHING!!! walking distance! complain all you want for those leaving “bad” reviews but you want to save money on somewhere you’ll just lay your head and be able to be in the middle of literally everything going on in the town well this is most definitely the place to stay! when we come back this is the hotel we will book again. thank you for the value and the site!

Great location, cheap, comfy, simple. Perfect cheap spot to crash for a night with a good shower and bed. This is my second stay and I’ve enjoyed both.

Nothing fancy. If you want tons of amenities this isn’t the place for you. If you want cheap and clean and don’t care for the extras this is your spot.

It is clean and maintained. it's not fancy but it was quaint and comfortable for us. they allowed me to look at the room even checking the bed etc. before paying. If you're looking for a nice clean place to sleep close to Tanger Outlet, Titanic (across the road) Hard Rock, Apple barn, Walmart This is a great place to be!!

no breakfast like advertised. from pics online made to think there is a pool and this hotel doesn't have one. which was okay for us this time because we wouldn't have had time to get it in but with kids a pool usually makes the trip for them. This wouldn't be an issue at all in the winter also... not a complete let down but they didn't have a hairdryer in the room just something I quit packing because everywhere I have ever stayed has had one.

Did not have breakfast. I did get some coffee, which was great! The location was great, away from the busy part but a quick drive back up to everything. Very quite area. The lady at the front desk at night was so sweet and accommodating.

Only thing I see is the towels had some stains on some of them, like makeup or something that did not come out. There is really nothing else that I disliked about it.

Coffee was good! My son and his friend had a good time and got some rest. This may have been our last vacation for awhile so I'm glad the boys got to enjoy themselves before his friend moved away!

There was only rooms available with one bed. A recliner would have been good - I had to sleep in the car so the boys could have the bed. It still was ok though!

I never knew this quaint little hotel was there. It's right across from the upside-down museum. The front desk crew were very friendly as well as the owners. The room was clean. the beds were clean. It served its purpose well and we will be returning soon.

great location - Roomed looked like it had been recently renovated - was decently clean (could’ve used some more detail cleaning)

We love how nice the owners are and they really treat you like family and even though it's close to the road the the noise from the traffic doesn't bother you

There's really nothing bad to say maybe more than two towels but there was three of us so but other than that nothing bad or anything they really make you feel like family

It was centrally located, but still quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. We were not looking for all the amenities as we only needed a clean place to sleep at a reasonable price. We got all we needed from Apple Valley Inn. Would definitely recommend.

The pillows were a little lacking and the beds were stiffer then what we are use to.

Checking in at this hotel was probably one of the quickest and pleasant experiences we’ve had. Sometimes it can be a hassle and time consuming. This was the exact opposite. The location was great, being close to restaurants and attractions. Being able to pick up commodities as we needed in the hotel lobby was wonderful too. The room was very clean.

Housekeeping never came to our room the two nights we were there to change linens or trash. The parking in the back of the hotel was limited.
