Manager and sister very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Bathroom fixtures clean. Most of breakfast was pretty good 2 of 4 mornings we were there. We felt very safe during our stay and slept very well. Liked not being in the middle of the heavier traffic. Room was updated.

Reported problems of breakfast to manager and he planned to address issues. Items were gravy too thick two mornings (sliceable), then too thin when we mentioned to the person preparing food, toaster not working, coffee not available one morning. Floor in bedroom and bath needed to be mopped. Pretty dirty. Wiped floor with wet paper towel and towel was very black with dirt. Someone with a dog who was next to our room barked nonstop because he was left alone. Had to speak to manager on duty. Problem was solved. They checked out next day. Would prefer a closet as opposed to pegs on the wall.

Location was optimal for the activities my husband and I chose to do during this trip. Room was perfect size. Staff were super friendly. Easy to get in and out of.

Recptical/light didn't work on one side of the bed (closest to the window). So couldn't use it. Had a child running around the room above us so that was a little annoying, but that is wherever you go. Nothing the hotel did. Breakfast hours should be extended for those of us that like to sleep in while on vacation. :) 6:30-9:30 is very limited. Maybe extend to 10:30?

The staff there were all wonderful. They were all very accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. The location was great - close to any attraction. The new design however was not the greatest in my opinion. They've done away with closets and have two button type pegs for your hanging clothes. The counter space was very adequate for putting your luggage, etc but for some people the no furniture with drawers would be a downside. We had one queen size bed with a couch area. There was no comfortable lighting in that area if you just wanted to sit and read, etc. The full breakfast was great. We will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

The room was very clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable. Gave us plenty of towels. Really liked the little kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Came in quite handy. Breakfast was very nice. Cold cereal, waffles, muffins, Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy. Coffee was good. Hot water dispenser needs some work. Not dispensing properly, but worked. Front desk was very accommodating. Asked for an additional chair for the room and received it right away.

Wasn't anything we didn't like. would like to advise that Room 318 has a broken globe on the left bedside light and the right bedside light does not work at all.

In town and close to everything, it is easy to get to, and a gas station is right close, and a Krystals too.

The hotel parking lot, lobby, and room were very clean. The staff was very friendly and told us if we needed anything to just let them know. We read reviews about dogs barking, etc.. We were on the second floor, and although we saw dogs being walked outside, my friend and I never heard any barking. Actually, we never really heard any noise it's such a nice place to stay, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows weren't bad either I had no problem sleeping and getting a restful nights sleep. On our next visit, we will be staying here again. Thank you to the brother and sister. Front desk clerks, yall were amazing. Keep up the great job you two are doing it was nice talking to you and joking around.

The facility was nice, clean, & comfortable. it was in a great location!

The check in staff was nice & friendly! I left a key for my son & his friend with their name on it. I was staying at a cabin & they were getting there late & night shift staff gave them a hard time even after they showed their license & military ID! It was 2:35 in the morning & they had driven over seven hours & the staff did not give them their key til after 30 minutes later because they kept calling me but I was sleep! I feel if I left his name at the front desk & he showed his ID then no other issues should have taken place!

The free breakfast was very nice and more accommodating than some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at and it was open til 9 most places only stay open until 8!

We did come across one rude house keeper they knocked on our door and my boyfriend said we’re not up yet and they proceeded to walk into our room anyway that was not the way I wanted to wake up but maybe she didn’t here us other than that the stay was good beside the pool Is really small. Like 8 people could comfortably be in the pool and no more

Some of the building seemed to be newly remodeled. breakfast was OK, but randomly on the third floor in a small room.

I didn’t like that the walls were paper thin. The people beside us didn’t stop yelling & walking in and out of their room and letting the door slam until around 3 AM and were right back up around 8 AM blaring their music. & There were three kids running up and down the hallway for 15 minutes which would be annoying to anyone. The outside of the building doesn’t say what hotel it is lol not that that’s a big deal but still

The hotel was up on top of a hill, no traffic noise. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. It came with a refrigerator and microwave. Pillows were very Nice!. I would definitely stay here again the continental breakfast was decent.

The only thing that I could probably complain about was maybe the towels. I like two towels, one for my hair and another for my body. They could have been just a little softer. The biscuits on the continental breakfast was a little hard but they had waffles
