We loved everything about the property! From the location, the quick/easy check in, the building smelling like apples, room was great with the most comfortable beds, lack of noise coming from the hallway at night , and complementary hot coffee and apple cider all day long!

The only thing I think that needs to be improved was maybe the breakfast…9:30 is way to early for it to end and food wasn’t the best…just my opinion though. Waffles were fine but the meat, eggs, and gravy could use lots of improvement. Bacon was just that heat and serve mess, sausage links were on but the sausage patties not so great. Muffins, and bagels were ok and the drink options were great.

Our room was very clean and that means so much to us. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and acted as if they were happy for us to join them. We enjoyed the large selection of breakfast items, and just enjoyed our stay immensely. We were there to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, and the Inn made us feel welcome and we know were we will be staying from now on! Thank you!

We honestly did not find anything we did not like about our stay at the Inn. We even enjoyed being able to access our vehicle through the double doors that lead outside.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. Appreciation for the laminate flooring vs carpet. Also grateful for the extra sink outside the bathroom which helps with two people grooming at same time. The grab bar and non skid surfaced tub was also appreciated by someone who sustained a serious fall several months ago. Each morning the breakfast had a great variety and attentive staff to keep area clean and continual restocked. Our favorites were Wed and Sat bacon days. A traffic light at street beside hotel made entrance to busy Parkway very helpful. All in all the beds were comfortable but a bit too soft for our liking. There was not excessive noise and the staff were very attentive. Pricing was quite competitive. Happy to recommend this facility to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge.

Beds could have been firmer.

This place is wonderful and always spotless. Everything in the rooms very comfortable and cozy, and the common areas snell like apples. Perfect location and easy to get in and out of. Super friendly staff all the way around; great atmosphere. Hot apple cider in the lobby is divine. We come to Pigeon Forge usually twice a year and this is the only place we stay since finding it

Absolutely nothing more you could ask for! Cleanest place I've ever stayed at by a mile. Pool areas very clean with no strong chlorine or other funky smell. Awesome price, especially for the quality and attention to detail

The hotel is in a very good location, everything is close and convenient. The hotel is very clean, no bad smells. bed sheets and bedspread and pillowcases all very clean. The staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day wery good! The pools are great! The breakfast is ordinary, but good, it was enough for us, everything is delicious.

There were a lot of pillows, but I have a problem, if the pillow is dense, tight, I start to have a headache (but this is my personal problem) so I slept without pillows. The refrigerator is not mounted stably, it constantly moved if you open the door. But this is a minor minor problem, you can just put a rubber mat under it and it will not move.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It is obvious the housekeeping staff pays attention to detail. Areas that are sometimes overlooked were clean such as corners, hallways and bathrooms. The hotel smelled wonderful throughout. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The location is near a traffic light so it gives easy access to the main parkway. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was very clean. Staff was on hand and cleaned and wiped down the surfaces frequently.

There is not one negative thing I can say.

I liked the cleanliness in our room and around the grounds. There is plenty of staff. The staff who cleaned our room and made the beds did an excellent job. The grounds and pool area are tidy too. The location is great. The rooms are quiet. The buildings, hallways, and lobby are very welcoming and well-maintained.

I had read reviews about the outstanding breakfast. I was disappointed to see their breakfast options are the same as any standard fare at a chain hotel. They are like Drury Inn or Hilton, etc. An array of chafing dishes with warm pale eggs, sausage links, gravy, biscuits, and two waffle irons with mix dispensed from a machine. A cold array of cereal, yogurt, apples, oranges, bagels, toast, etc. The staff kept the area very clean and replenished. We had two queen beds. The one queen mattress made a crunching sound that took a while to get used to. The bathroom door squeaked. A little WD40 would be a quick fix. These are minor issues and shouldn't deter anyone from staying here.

Everything was great. We strayed away from our usual hotel we stay at every time. Due to it being fully booked for the room size we needed. This hotel will now by our top choice going forward. Extremely clean and well maintained. Loved the location as well. Looking forward to the next stay and more delicious apple cider.

Only two complaints not huge ones by any means. The parking… if you got back late it was non existent. We had to ask where we needed to park. They said, the owner also owns the Walgreens next door. So we could park there and walk over. Very short walk though. The other one would be the room temp. Even with the ac on constant it never cooled down in our room. Again not major though. It was more humid than normal so I bet that played a roll.

Beautiful landscaping, nice outdoor pool, clean room.

Bed was not comfortable, breakfast room layout was horrible, not enough parking as there were cars parked in the entrance/exit lanes. Check in customer service was below standard. Had confirmation of booked rooms and names on each room and was told it didn’t matter what I had, what mattered was what was in the system. (Still no idea how all rooms ended up under a completely different name than ours.) Some of our group had no issues checking in while others were told they couldn’t find our reservation even with the confirmation number. Some had to provide id, some did not. Some provided credit cards, some did not. I understand things happen, but the agent was very rude. Not the way you want to start a trip with your youth group.
