Very nice and it smelled like apples. Staff and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was great. A lot of parking around the building and a great location I would highly recommend it and would stay again. I have a few suggestions for the handicap room we were in. First their needs to be a vertical grab bar next to the outside of the tub towards the door. It would be easier to grab that then to reach inside the tub and try to grab those bars. Most hotel beds are too high for me to get into and not comfortable on arthritic bones. I should have brought my step stool. Also the couch we had allowed us to sink in and we had ad hard time getting out of it. A padded wooden chair works better to get out of. I also wish hotels offered recliners because it’s easier for my husband and myself to get better sleep in. Again though, the hotel was awesome and staff. No problems at all except for my sleep but that is a problem at all hotels. You have a very nice hotel.

Just the beds too high and stiff for older people and the chairs allow one to sink in and difficult to get out of without help.

The room we stayed in, #108, was not quiet. It’s directly under the cafe so we heard all the early bird’s chairs screeching across the floor above us. It also has the elevator and stairs right outside the door as well as the maid station. The maids were talking very loudly outside our door very early in the morning. The pillows were too big. We woke up with neck aches. 🫤 The breakfast had everything you could think of but the eggs were too watery.

the breakfast was good. it was a standard hotel buffet type breakfast. I liked the waffles the most. the staff was courteous and attentive- especially when guests had no idea how to use the waffle maker and made a terrible mess. the staff cleaned up the mess without any negativity.

This is a suggestion but really hard to work out. I'm a senior adult and like to exercise in an indoor heated pool which this hotel does have but often times, there's a group of young children playing and making impossible to enjoy a quiet safe time without worrying about getting bumped or crashed into. They had great open hours and it was a family friendly hotel so they cater to families with children. It would be nice to have some open time for seniors? maybe even early bird hours before the pool is serviced?

I cant say enough about this place. Our family loved it so much, we've definitely found our place to return again and again. Location is great, rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works phenomenal, free breakfast was good, plenty of outlets and places to charge phones, pools were clean and towels were provided, check in and out took literally minutes, water pressure was great and always hot and best of all the hallways smelled like apples.

Room service turned our air conditioning off when they cleaned our room. So it was warm after coming in from a hot day at dollywood. We left a note asking them to not turn it off and they were nice enough to leave it on.

Breakfast was excellent, there was something for everyone’s taste. I liked the choice of hot or cold foods. Rooms & baths were very clean, this is very important to us. Parking was excellent, plenty of handicapped spaces Location was great, close to just about anything we wished to see. Front desk gentleman at check in was very welcoming & helpful

Room price might have been a little better. Hallways did not smell fresh. Indoor pool room was moldy-smelling No directions for check-out procedure, lady answering the phone on the morning of our departure was helpful but might work on tone of voice (rushed & not welcoming)

We overall loved our stay at the end, the location is great, the rooms are very clean. We love the apple smell in the hallway the outdoor pool was great and the fire pit is very relaxing. My husbands favorite part was the water pressure the best we have ever had in a hotel.

The clerk at check-in was not very friendly. He was on the phone when we walked in and did not acknowledge us for several minutes. The check out clerk though was wonderful. The chlorine smell in the indoor pool/hot tub. was very strong.

My son and I loved our stay here. The hotel was located close to everything, walkable to Black Rifle Coffee, many restaurants, outlets, and Three Bears General Store (which has 3 real bears but we never saw them due to weather). Not far from Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. We were in the third floor and loved our room, very quiet, darkening curtains and the beds and pillows were so amazing! Even with insomnia, I slept better than ever. The hotel is so clean and does smell like apples! We kept oversleeping the free breakfast but when we caught it, it was very generous and tasty. Parking was easy too. We visited right after new year’s and got an amazing rate which was a great bonus.The staff was very professional and friendly. I’d love to come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

There was nothing I didn’t like, excellent stay

The facility was very clean. Our room was spotless when we arrived. The entire hotel, smells like apples! They had a nice outdoor pool, but it was not open due to the time or year we visited. They also had a nice fire pit area with chairs that was accessible to use for everyone. The included breakfast was the best part! It is not a typical continental breakfast. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, juice, coffee, bagels, danish, and more! It was delicious!

The beds were nice, but they were a little hard. It’s never going to be like sleeping at home though!

The room was very clean, bedding incredibly comfortable, a great and accessible area in the center of all of the excitement. Rooms have balconies which are lovely for some fresh air and relaxation. The shower had great pressure for a relaxing shower. It had a warm indoor pool and spa area. The staff was polite and approachable. It came with a pretty decent breakfast included.

I would've liked the breakfast to feel a little more special, especially considering that it is a part of the Apple Barn and Winery. At least some apple themed items, just to make it stand out more to the other lodging options in the area.

Hotel was very nice and clean. You can tell it is an older hotel but it has been remodel and kept nicely. Staff was very friendly and was able to get us checked in a couple of hours early. The bathroom was on the smaller side but the additional sink outside the bathroom really makes up for it. I was impressed on the niceness of the shower. The shower head was great with good water pressure and the tile was super clean unlike some hotels. Beds were comfortable and the extra sitting area with desk was nice. The location was great. It was very quiet yet located near a lot of places. Having hot coffee and cider available all day was a plus! We will definitely be back!!

Honestly nothing...but if I had to complain about something it would be having carpet in the room. With the amount of traffic hotel rooms have I don't believe hotel rooms should ever have carpet. However the carpet in our room was very clean and well kept. No stains!!
