It was very comfortable and clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast offered good scrambled eggs and varied choices of cereal and oatmeal.

The shower was lacking when someone else was taking a shower above me-water pressure changed quite a bit. The breakfast could have been better with more pastry choices or bacon (wasn't to fond of the sausage). None of these would prevent me from returning. The room would have been better with more lighting options.

The staff was really friendly and it was clean.

The bottom basement area didn’t seem very secure. The doors were always opened and anyone could enter and gain access to the hotel.

Location, clean rooms, housekeeping was excellent.

The breakfast was so so. I asked for extra 2 pillows or least a blanket bc they was only 3 pillows per a bed and they was 4 of us and the pillows was small. The woman told us they didn't have any and said 3 was enough anyway, so I had to go buy 2 pillows from a store so we could sleep at night. There was no spa after it said it was on the website. The pool inside was small. The view on the balcony could've been better instead I didn't sit on bc I really didn't want to look at a tore down building. But it was clean and comfy I guess.

The beds were super comfortable! The pools were nice, clean and uncrowded, though was surprised they were only 4ft deep but helpful for small children, disabled and elderly. Rooms, hallways and elevators were clean and smelled nice. Parking was easy, the view of the river was nice and decent selection of breakfast. BIG bathtub, friendly for plus size gals who like a bath!

Fan in the bathroom didn't work and was dusty. The soap provided in the bathrooms didn't smell so great and dried out your hands. Need more signs with room numbers and elevators to which rooms aka odds and evens.

Breakfast was good, really enjoyed location especially chilling out back and seeing various animals, I was billed for two rooms which was a mistake, I only had 1 room, room 112, I think this issue has been resolved. I will see the next credit card bill I receive

I didn’t like cleaning lady during the weekend I guess it was her daughter I seen coming out of my room, nothing was tampered with that I could tell, but she had no business in my room. I had do not disturb sign on door, cleaning lady always smiled and was very polite each time I seen her, maybe it was just a mistake on daughter during weekend, whatever the case, she doesn’t need to be in peoples rooms that doesn’t want someone in there

My husband and I have stayed here several times in the past, he actually proposed to me during our stay in 2016 down at the river, sucj a pretty view for such a memorable moment. It has been several years since we made it back. This time, it was us and the kiddos. There had been some upgrades since we had been. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were very clean and updated. You could smell the cleanliness throughout the whole hotel. Whatever they use with the laundry had the bedding smelling amazing! We all enjoyed the pool and little section to sit and rock overlooking the river. From our balcony you could see the river and also the skywheel at the Island. The breakfast every morning was actually decent. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, mini muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and juices, and coffee to choose from. They kept it well stocked during breakfast hours. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful if you had any questions. It was conveniently located within walking distance of a lot of the shops, attractions, dinner shows and also restaurants. We definitely plan on being back in the future. If you're thinking about staying here, you will definitely enjoy it.

I have nothing to complain about. Our stay couldn't have been any better!

Location was nice. If you head out from the back you can go to the light to get out. Which is nice to be able to turn either way. There is a CVS across the street. Rooms where clean. There was a covered patio area with lots of seating in the back we sat at while my son went fishing. (Main reason we rented this hotel was the fact he could fish) There was tons of channels on the tv. Sunliner diner is one building over which was great to walk to. They definitely have great food.

The indoor pool is very small but never crowded. My kids had a good time either way swimming. The refrigerator in our room didnt keep things very cold but the one in the room the other couple rented worked great. The breakfast wasnt great. We only went down once.

The front desk was friendly. The room was cleaner than most I’ve stayed in around the area. The whole property was tidy and staff was present on multiple occasions-visibly working to maintain even the smallest of details outside. This speaks volumes. The property is probably older but it is well kept and clean! I’m picky and I was happy with cleanliness. The location was good. The price was fair. I like the stream side view and outdoor pool.

The bed was a bit firm for me and I’m not a fan of the breakfast. Either way, I’d still go back. Add some flavored creamer like hazelnut and suddenly who cares about the breakfast.

Breakfast is good, it’s free so can not complain, room as clean as can be! Facilities clean, sweet views everywhere, rocking chairs in front and back with beautiful creek, staff was excellent upon arrival and checking out. Definitely will stay here again!

Only thing that could be better is the coffee! Lol. It’s a bit weak. The other thing I would suggest to the inn owner themselves is, if they paint the huge water mushroom in the pool, it would be brighter and more noticeable as people are driving by, it’s much nicer on the inside than the front where people see, although they have wonderful rocking chairs this you can’t see from the busy street and I think this would help sells. This information is just to help them.

Everything was Exceptional! The rm, beds didnt squeak, the showwr was phenominal pressure, breakfast n coffee. The service n hotel owners are alwats sweet to us. Its the Best stay. Indoor n outdoor pool, close to every emnenity around!! We spent so much money visiting Titanic, Beyind tge Kense, The Island, Sky fly, Moonshine tasting. Sooo Clean the hotel is.
