No breakfast at the hotel but gave a free breakfast ticket for the nice restaurant right beside hotel which had so much to choose from on their breakfast bar

The rooms were very large with private balcony.

Was on a floor with lots of children and it was a little loud.

we have stayed here multiple times and we are so happy with the value we receive here. they are remodeling right now, but it was never during quiet hours or in our way. oh and they finally got the elevator fixed - it was so nice to have two elevators working bc for a long time one of them was down.

Silly but we didn’t like the pool being crowded lol. We are used to coming in the off season and it’s not busy like that. Wish the pool was a little warmer but overall it was perfect.

The rooms were big.very comfortable beds,clean,and not noisy.

The free brackfast was not really free

The clerk at front desk was very rude.

We love the Grand Smoky Resort I am very excited for all the upcoming updates to the hotel. I travel to the Smokies about 6/8 times a year we always stay here! Beverly is always amazing! The new front desk manager was also awesome! We will be back soon! Thanks for everything

The elevators are still broken after a year! I am extremely excited for them to be installing a new elevator !

The convenience and the location to the Island and to some really good restaurants. We parked the car when we arrived and we didn't get back in until we were ready to leave. The discounted breakfast was a plus.

Breakfast discount was only good for one of our days. The shower needs work, the curtain rod was worn and would not keep the curtain closed. Just minor upgrades needed and for the price of the rooms I believe this can be accomplished.

Location was perfect!

I didn't realize there was no breakfast in the hotel, wasn't crazy about the buffet next door with the discount.

No issues. Served our purposes well. Have stayed here in the past and probably will again.

Check-in was easy. The room was super clean other than the refrigerator needing To be wiped out. The room staff was very attentive. Even when we didn't want our room cleaned, they made sure we had towels.. The bed was okay a little hard for me, but it was not awful. However, it was not a Queen, it was a full-size bed.. There is no such thing as a hotel queen.. the wifi was good, and the elevator was in working order .loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes.

There need it to be more parking in the front. More accessible handicap parking. The pool needs to be cleaned badly. The water was playing the pool was not. There needs to be a hot tub in the pool area somewhere. The game room needs to have more adult friendly games other than pool tables. The store in the Lobby needs to have a better selection of just about everything. There was truly one ice cream in the freezer. Not one flavor just 1 ice cream. And the room needs to have a true Queen size bed
