Very clean rooms. The location is great! It is really kid friendly. They have a “KidFest” Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 2-4pm where they set up snacks, crafts, and games for kids. The indoor pool is ACTUALLY heated and you can tell. At the back parking lot they have feeders for the ducks and fish. Our kids enjoyed that the most I think. The geese and ducks would see you walk to the feeder and tons of them would come from everywhere to eat. They also gave the kids a little gift bag when we checked in.

The front desk staff could have definitely been more welcoming. With that being said though, they weren’t terribly rude.

The hotel was good. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. Loved having a microwave and a mini fridge that worked in our room. My husband and granddaughter loved the cookies in the lobby. Each night after a day of adventures before bed they would go get a cookie. It was a nice touch from the hotel. I liked the access to the walking path even though it is a good walk, it was nice not having to drive to the island. The grandbaby loved feeding the ducks. I would stay here again.

The only negative thing was the breakfast. Not many options and the quality was lacking. After day one we ate out. The free 24-hour hot chocolate tasted watered down. No other complaints or issues with our stay. It wouldn't be a reason not to stay here again.

I liked the location it was close to a lot and was quiet. The available feed for the ducks and wildlife. Swings to sit and watch the river was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The available drinks and popcorn were nice touch. I would stay again.

Kids over running the hot tub, was not able to enjoy it at all. The thermostat in the room could not have been right because I had it turned down to 66 degrees to feel like 70 degrees in the room. Need running fan vents in the bathroom because they got hot and stuffy getting ready. None of these were a big issue because I did still enjoy myself.

The Hotels location was fabulous and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. Room was Very Nice. Beds were comfortable and the walk-in-shower was large. The room was very clean and everything worked. Had Parking Lot View, Which is Cheaper, But FYI No Balcony. River View has Balconies if it makes a Difference to You. If staying longer I would pay the extra for River View/Balcony. The Breakfast has just about anything you could Need, Except..... Will Put that on Didn't Like List Pools-1 Indoor and 1 outdoor Looked Nice and are across the Hall from Each other. The 24 Hour Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and Tea was a Nice Touch as Well. Free Popcorn in the Evenings as Well. Would Recommend this Hotel and Will stay here again ourselves.

No Bacon for Breakfast(At least for our visit-Weekend of March 24-26th). Pools are on the Smaller Size. Normally would be Fine, But for Spring Break in TN Looked like People Soup! Also probably related to Spring Break Crowds, But the Free Popcorn is Self Serve So was Everywhere! The Staff was Trying to keep up with Cleaning, But it was a Loosing Battle. Other than the Bacon the other "Didn't Likes" would fix themselves when the hotel wasn't booked up (In this case for spring break).

We went for jeep invasion. This property was near the event and a lot of attractions. It had a fire pit with rocking chairs to sit around it. Elevators were fast and parking was always available. The staff was so nice and they even fill up your cooler for you! The shower had good pressure and the counter was adequate to leave our necessities out. The breakfast was nice. Seems like everyone enjoyed it.

We got a room with two queen beds. I think these beds were full size beds. I’m 5’3” and my toes hung off. They were very small. We actually had to sleep in Separate beds to be comfortable. I don’t think the air conditioner was working adequately. It was very warm in the room we had to turn the thermostat down to 63 to even feel comfortable and I normally have my set on 73 at home.

Property is in a great location situated right on the river. The staff was friendly and helped with any questions we had. You are close enough to walk to a lot of attractions and food. The pools and hot tub where nice to relax in. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. If you want the refrigerator to get cold you need to open a door on the cabinet. There was live music which was really nice.

We were on the ground floor and had a patio to sit by the river and relax but you couldn’t with the geese. There are feeding machines and apparently the geese get fed from these machines and are everywhere waiting for food. When you go outside the geese will hiss at you and there is geese poo everywhere. They need to get rid of the feeder machines. There is poo in the parking lot and all outside on the patio’s, it’s really disgusting. The property is beautiful, but the geese are taking away from that.

Really good price for great location right on the main strip and easy to walk to many places. Room was very clean and quiet. Super easy check-in and an ok breakfast. I enjoyed the evening popcorn too. Comfy beds!

The rooms have a HUGE dark wall unit housing the tv, a mini fridge and coffee maker. It's a terrible design. No lighting to see in the fridge, the fridge constantly moved, every time we went to open it, like it was unsteady. The hotel had no tv access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., no access to viewing applications was not available. They had internet and even tv remote had buttons for Netflix but not accessible. I called front desk and they weren't any help, only said no it's not available. This really put a damper on watching movies together on the rainy days in pigeon forge. Big time. I won't make this mistake again - it will be a make it or break it deal for me.

Check-in was easy. Kathy and Misty were very friendly and helpful. We were provided with our request for a ground floor river side room. The breakfast selections were great each morning with options to accommodate anyone. Both pool areas were nice and clean. Popcorn and cookies each day was a fun touch especially on the stormy day on 07/20. We will definitely stay here again.

The walk-in shower was great but the shelves in shower were small and would not hold shampoo bottles. A towel bar or additional hooks would be helpful in the bathroom.

The property sits right off the main road-which was very convenient. My kids loved the fact that they served popcorn and hot chocolate in the evenings. That was definitely an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The staff was very accommodating and very polite. Upon arrival my kids were given a small goodie bag and there was also homemade cookies sitting out.

The bathroom was very cramped. There is such a small amount of space that the toilet paper roll has to be mounted under the bathroom vanity. Not necessarily a deal breaker but just an fyi. When we first walked into our room, there was a yucky hair on the toilet and an unknown red spot on the bathroom floor. The shower grout also needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was good. There was at least one change each day so there was always something new. We got a great deal on booking.com so it was definitely worth it. Had we paid the going rate on the hotel’s website I would have been very disappointed.

Located in the heart of everything! Never drove more than 5 mins to anything in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville and Gatlinburg is 15 mins. Free breakfast in the morning was great, I'm very picky and we ate here 4 out of 5 days. Eggs, sausage, french toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles, grits, oatmeal, fruit, cereal and breads. The popcorn evenings were perfect. Free popcorn and juice/coffee/tea/hot chocolate every evening. The staff was so amazing and friendly. Courtney at check-in was amazing all week. Christy at breakfast really interacted well with the kids. We really enjoyed sitting in the patio area facing the river, we ate there for breakfast and then played games in there at night. The hotel does provide a large variety of games for kids. The indoor pool was perfect and the kids really enjoyed it. Even the room was warm, so when you get out the water you aren't freezing. Don't forget to find their Mallard Duck, Duckleberry Finn and feed him. He will eat right out of your hand.

Parking was a little limited, pool should stay open till 11 on Friday and Saturday as well as refreshment area. Otherwise it was perfect
