Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge

Convenient location , nice facilities and room . Mostly clean .

Staff was not personable . Not one person initiated a gesture of Welcome Good Morning or Thank you for staying with us . We were told that that because we were only staying 3 days there wouldn’t be daily towel replenishment or housekeeping unless requested . We weren’t aware of this until we we knew our way into the mountains and front desk . Not so much an issue but it was the wording last minute from a staff member . We literally couldn’t get into our room until 4 pm . Ironically it wasn’t until 4 pm that the room became ready . We initially received a bill for breakfast when it was included in our room rate . Twice we had to remind someone . Balcony needs to be swept for cob and spider webs .

I didn't like the breakfast because u had to pay for it,,so I did it wasn't good,$12.50 buffet breakfast ,there wasn't much for the buffet,,I got better breakfast at hotels that are free,,I've stayed at Drury Inn that have a great big buffet and a kick back evening dinner and drinks and a great value on rate,,if there was one at Pigeon Forge Tn,,I definitely be at that hotel for the reason of the great breakfast and kickback dinner,plain and simple ,,when someone gets an hotel this is what they want for there hotel stay of what they pay,,pretty much I payed almost double ,than if I stayed at a drury inn at a great rate and great breakfast,kickback and great amenities, pool,hottub,

We came to this hotel when the cabin we had rented was infested with hundreds of millipedes, so we were most concerned that the hotel be clean and have good beds. In those respects the hotel was perfect. We slept great on the beds and our room and the common areas looked and smelled fresh. My only small complaints were that the Wi-Fi didn’t work and my ATT signal was weak so I had trouble getting email/phone calls and looking up info I needed. The bathroom was nice and the shower was roomy but water pressure was low. The staff for the restaurant and the grounds were great (breakfast was surprisingly good and a real value at $10/person) but front desk staff were slow and not as friendly. Overall, I was happy with the hotel. We even enjoyed the pools (indoor and outdoor) and the nice hot tub though the indoor pool was too cold to swim.

I enjoyed everything thing about being there.Its no one particular thing all attractions were great..I will plan another trip soon because its more I would like to see.I loved my stay at the Hilton and I will keep them in mind on my next visit..

I don't have nothing to say negative about this place.And no one else should either its just pure fun..

Well, the room itself was very nice, comfortable and clean. Since we were there for a night it’s really hard to say more. I will say that we will be back to Pigeon Forge and we will be Staying at your hotel.

Well, the only thing we did not like was no breakfast. But that was our fault. We were traveling back home and Wanted to stop in Pigeon Forge for the night.

I loved everything especially how accommodating the staff were. We did an early departure from home and walked into the hotel for a room and the manager was able to book us two rooms for our size of family! She did do a lot to get us our rooms next to each other which was awesome. Facilities were clean and kept well and the pool outside was amazing , clean and clear. The inside however , was toooo cold as if there was no heater and a bit to echoey. Hot tube was amazing! Other than the indoor pool everything else was amazing

This is a very nice property. I love that it has a fitness center. It is behind the Parkway so it’s more quiet and less traffic but you can still see things. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows are way too flat though.

It’s still grab and go breakfast (bagel, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, an orange, bottle of water and orange juice). It’s a nice breakfast package but the bagel was poppyseed only and the hard boiled eggs were weird. Like old I guess. They just weren’t very soft. I booked through Booking.com and didn’t get the room I asked for (a room with a balcony). The property was unable to help me and suggested I call Booking.com. So I did and there would be an up charge to switch rooms. Just make sure if you book somewhere other than the property you make notes on the site or call the property.

It is so conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just me and my husband and we just rested pretty much all week....which is what we needed.

I was sad the clothes dryer was out of order.

Preferred location of this hotel was a plus! Nice & quiet during our stay. Hot Breakfast was usual eggs, sausage, bacon etc. Of course, you pay for breakfast, better than having to wait @ IHOP or other restaurants.

Traveling with little kids, The entrance in the back of the hotel needs to have guests scan their card to enter in hotel. ANYONE could literally walk in the back door of this hotel and go up the elevator and who knows what will happen!. The outdoor pool needs a fence/barrier as well...Again, non guests could literally park their car and get in the pool. I was in the indoor pool w my kids, these boys walked from parking lot and got in the hot tub. Of course they knew these girls stayed @this hotel but it just show anyone could get in the pool from parking lot. Needs a fence!!!!

Hotel is clean, staff is very helpful. I love that it is pet friendly and the location of the hotel.

My only dislike would be bed. It really is not comfortable. This was my second stay and I was hoping they would have upgraded since last time but unfortunately not.
