First off, great value. Second, the staff was absolutely amazing. Every person from housekeeping to the front desk to the gift store to the lifeguards. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the $100 per night hold on my card. I didn't find put until after my reservation was confirmed and it was a challenge budgeting that into my trip.

Not happy about paying for breakfast. We had stayed last year, and breakfast was included. With the price of the hotel, it should have been included!

It was a little expensive for such a small water park.

We loved the pool area.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the bracelets were awkward to wear for the whole stay. Bands to wear to the pool and remove when not there would be better.

It was nice kids loved everything especially the water park! Nice clean rooms also the supply boby wash, shampoo and conditioner lotion and hand soap.

The $100 a night deposit, only one car can be parked in lot (if you have a big family and take 2 or more vehicle you have to park across the street), no free breakfast, and no microwave in rooms. They only have one microwave per floor and on several occasions it wasn't cleaned after use. Also no cleaning supplies are by the microwave for people to clean after used.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Especially all the workers that kept refilling our popcorn!! Loved all the free games and activities, the little time they got to spend in the pool and on the water slides they enjoyed so much! The activity pass is sooo worth it with everything the kids got to do!! My son hunter says it was the best birthday vacation ever. The breakfast was top notch, ice cream was soo good, just all around the best stay!! Can’t say enough about how great the staff was! Will definitely be back next year!

My only complaint would be the beds weren’t as comfortable as I’d like, and the construction (for the new indoor waterpark) woke us up at 6am everyday. BUT it will totally be worth it here in A few months! The rain wasn’t our friend either.

Loved that you didn’t even have to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. Perfect location for pigeon forge. Had multiple things to do that you could just walk to with the family. Loved the splash zone for little kids too & that they had a schedule for activities for the kids that were all mostly free.

wish there was more then just pizza to eat for lunch & dinner at the hotel, Need the refill machines in the lobby of all buildings as well, also having small kids it really was a bummer the splash zone closed down at 6 pm, we had to go over to the big pool and there were so many big kids that just ran the babies over & it was a little stressful.

We brought our grandkids to Pigeon Forge for a couple of days. They didn't want to go anywhere else but the hotel during the trip. They have 2 very nice waterslides and a great pool for kids. Breakfast was great! They had only been serving breakfast for 3 days but they did a great job. They have activities scheduled every hour for younger children. They have an arcade and climbing wall. We were very happy with our stay. The staff was great!

There was no microwave in our room. There was also a $300 deposit you had to pay at check in. I had already paid for the room weeks ago. I understand why they ask for a deposit but they should let people know before check in. Some people have a budget for their vacation.

Breakfast was great and free for kids, the room was good and provided a small fridge but no coffee maker :( The location was perfect for easy access to main area attractions as well provided a clean and heated pool with waterslides.

Building was under construction so we lost a day at the facility for food and drinks, so we had to venture out for breakfast. There was a faint odor of pot in some of the halls, but not all the time. Would be nice if some of the resort activities were included in your room costs!

The Waterpark is excellent. The new additions are great for the kids. We had so much fun.

I absolutely hate the old style bedding. Looking at it, I would say it's not cleaned after every stay. They definitely should change that immediately! You just don't get the crisp, clean feel walking into your room. If there are stains, DO NOT put it back on the bed. I do not care if It was put through the laundry... just don't do it because it's a super turn-off and disgusting! The air conditioner didn't work that great to keep the room cool but was still ok because while we were there, it wasn't super duper hot.

we have stayed here several times and have always had a good time. There was a lot of work being done and that is understandable with the additional work being done

They have taken the coffee maker out of the room and the microwave also… this is quite an inconvenience. I travel with 2 small grandchildren and I will not leave them in a room by their selves to go get coffee in another building. Also the microwave is needed the heat up food later in the day after they have been swimming. I’m not real pleased about not accepting cash either, putting a 3.00 charge on a credit card for a coffee is just not worth it. We have stayed here many times and always enjoyed it…….. please change your mind on the coffee maker and microwave.
