Bed was comfortable and the lady in the office was very nice and very helpful

Everything was what I expected. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The ramp made for an easy transition from car to room. The room temperature was set to a comfortable level when I walked in.

The pet situation is acceptable, but the animals' owners need to clean up after they use the restroom. Maybe they could have an area where they go and if they don't pick up they are hit with an extra charge.

Free hot breakfast next door. 5$ if u want all you eat. Great deal if traveling with alot of people. Rooms are clean and affordable. Good place to go if traveling on a budget. Check out three bears store across the street. It has alot of stuff.

Beds could be softer

My husband and I decided to do a weekend getaway. Decided to stay at redroof inn because that's where we always stay do to our pets. Everyone was helpful and friendly room was clean for the most part. Parking was ample. Received complimentary breakfast (pancakes/drink) or upgrade to buffets for 6 bucks more per person. Not really worth it food wasnt the greatest but ok. Located close to all the attractions in the area. Read a bunch of reviews after regarding location keeping deposit which made me nervous but my deposit was returned roughly a week later. Would stay again. Front end staff was great from the check in process to extending our stay up until checkout. They would be the reason for return stay.

Seating area for smokers would be nice. They have a but can near steps in the parking lot

In the King & jacuzzi room. The bed was comfortable & the jacuzzi worked great. The overall room was super clean.

I had visitor from our Church come over and they wasn't in my room but a few minutes and here came staff wanting to know why they were here.

I loved the location, it’s right on the main parkway and walking distance to the Island! We actually did end up walking to the Island just to avoid traffic and having to find parking. They’re also pet friendly, so I was able to bring my dog with me! The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the room came with a fridge and microwave, and our room on the third floor even came with a private back patio! I also enjoyed the view from the hotel, it’s located across from one of Pigeon Forge’s large arcades that lights up in neon rainbow colors at night, and the massive Ferris wheel at the Island looks absolutely gorgeous at night. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The most impressive part is definitely the price considering how convenient the location is and how clean and comfortable the rooms are. We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again next time we’re in Pigeon Forge!

Our door was really finicky. We would scan our key and the door just wouldn’t open most times, we ended up figuring out that you had to scan the keycard twice in quick succession before it actually unlocks.

The hotel was in close proximity to alot of the attractions. We were close enough to walk to the island. The hotel also have free breakfast meal tickets for Reagan's pancake restaurant next door every day of our stay.

I did not like being bombarded by a salesman after checking in. He was set up in the hotel lobby trying to recruit people to drive somewhere and listen to an hour+ presentation, just so they could try to persuade you into buying into their vacation package (something similar to timeshare). Of course being a single mom with two almost teenage boys that were suckers for his offer of what we would get if we agreed to go, we ended up going to listen to the presentation. But not before, we had to pay $50 to go. 🙄 Luckily we did get free tickets to beyond the Lens and Anakeesta. So I got my money's worth in the end. But it still aggravated me to get hassled first thing after driving 7 hours to get there.

I liked the fact that that our entire family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) were able to stay in 1 room with ample sleeping space. This was such a blessing to us as we traveled. The next great thing was the breakfast voucher we received to eat at the restaurant next to hotel. We could get free pancakes and a drink but we decided to upcharge and pay only $6 each for the all you can eat buffet. $36 to feed 6 was amazing.

I really liked everything but I do wish there was a tub instead of just a shower. But I really and truly can't complain because the shower was nice and hot and the shower head power on my back/neck after driving 14 hours was wonderful.

We like the fact that you can just walk next door with the voucher for a free pancake breakfast or for a small fee upgrade it to a buffet! The location was great! All of the staff was so nice and helpful.

This was the third time that we stayed at this site and the beds in this room was not as comfy as the last two times, but still wasn't bad. I guess that we were checking in at the same time everyone else was, so we had trouble finding a luggage cart and had to go to the third floor.

I did not get a receipt for my stay. I was told that Booking.com would provide one. I thought that was very odd. a receipt is needed for tax purposes and should be provided by the facility. I have a problem with the poor lighting in most of any of the hotel/motels I have bee in recently.as people age, they require more lighting to see things more clearly. a 40-60 watt bulb provides no useful lighting.
