Riverside Tower

The location was great and within walking distance to a lot of stuff, namely the Old Mill area. We were there 4th of July and this is a prime location for Pigeon Forge 4th of July festival and the view we had for the fireworks was awesome! They give breakfast vouchers to a pancake restaurant that's across the street from the hotel where you can either get some pancakes for free or upgrade to their breakfast buffet for $5 it was definitely a nice little perk. Hotel was nice and clean, all the staff we interacted with were friendly.

We were in one of the 2 bedroom units and the air conditioner/heater was a small mini split unit that really didn't do much for the 2nd bedroom that the unit wasn't in. We were visiting in July so it was 90+ degrees outside.

The staff were very friendly! Everything was clean, and looked nice! We Loved the balcony overlooking the creek. During the day we loved watching the ducks, and each night we could watch the fireworks from Dollywood from our balcony, or inside through our window!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pillows weren’t as soft, and fluffy as the ones we have at home. Next trip we will bring our own pillow😊

The 2 room suite was just great. The beds were super comfy, the kitchenette was perfect for our needs, and the balcony area was decent. The outside is a little misleading. When we pulled up we were a little confused, as it looked larger in the photos but wow the inside was just amazing. The whole place was very clean, everyone on staff during our stay was very nice and the room was even better than expected! Both rooms had a tv, dresser, bedside lights and very comfy beds. The bathroom and sink with large mirror area was in the middle and separated the rooms nicely. There was a mini fridge, it held 2 - 12packs of pop and a few left overs from dinners for us with some room left. There is no freezer part in fridge. There was a coffee pot, little kitchen sink, large counter and plenty of drawers for clothes or food/snacks. I wish I could post all my pics of the room but it only allows a few.

I wish both rooms had a pocket door (only one did).

The Riverside Tower is in a great location, right off the parkway. We've stayed here many times and have always been greeted with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. We thank you all❣️

That we couldn't stay longer!

Everything! This is the third time we have stayed here! The first 2 times it was just my husband and I. We stayed in the jacuzzi rooms then and LOVED them! This time we brought out 2 boys and stayed in the double room. It was great! So much room and everything was perfect! We loved our view from the balcony (especially our boys) and we will be staying here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!

We have no complaints are rooms and staff were great. We had plenty of clean towels daily and I needed a hairdryer and had it within minutes. They have in room coffee makers and toasters, they offered us coffee and stuff for the room. Our beds and pillows were very clean and very comfortable. The view from our semi private balcony was amazing, the mountains are so peaceful looking and beautiful that it is breathtaking. The Old Mill Restaurant was literally right behind us and the park was right there, we were surrounded by every shopping store and restaurant imaginable. There is an indoor pool year round, there is a large balcony for the guests to share that has lounge chairs and picnic tables. We didn't get breakfast at hotel but they give you a voucher, you can get one everyday of your stay, to go across the road to Reagan's house of pancakes, where you can get free pancakes and a free drink coffee, pepsi or tea, you can also upgrade to breakfast buffet for $5 per person and it was so worth the upgrade. The regular buffet price was $9.99 so it was nice to get 50% off with the voucher and there is every kind of home cooked breakfast food imaginable. So thank you to Riverside Tower's and their staff for taking such great care of us, we will be back.

The staff were great, the room was clean. It's also really well situated on the main drag in Pigeon Forge, so you can walk anywhere you want. The suites are good- sized, the double rooms are two rooms, and they all have a balcony. We will be back.

The bed in the room my daughter and I had was really uncomfortable; it felt like a solid block of foam rubber that wouldn't give at all. We slept very little either night, and it wasn't restful. The room was clean and well- appointed, but that bed was awful. We have stayed at Riverside Towers for over 20 years, and this was the first time we have had any issues with the room.

The room was very spacious. It appeared to be recently refurbished and had a very modern feel. The fridge and microwave were nice and efficient.

There was no hair dryer. No A/C in the extra bedroom so it was a bit warm and we weren't able to shut the privacy door. Also I don't like sharing a balcony with another family.

Location was perfect. The rooms was perfect.

The mattress was very hard and the pillows were too firm also. Next time I'll remember to travel with my own pillows.

I love everything nice clean pleasant balcony great view staff very friendly I will come back this best hotel I been at lots nice hotels but this 200+ love wood floors instead carpet walking distance from everywhere much love much 🙏
