The location was great and within walking distance to a lot of stuff, namely the Old Mill area. We were there 4th of July and this is a prime location for Pigeon Forge 4th of July festival and the view we had for the fireworks was awesome! They give breakfast vouchers to a pancake restaurant that's across the street from the hotel where you can either get some pancakes for free or upgrade to their breakfast buffet for $5 it was definitely a nice little perk. Hotel was nice and clean, all the staff we interacted with were friendly.

We were in one of the 2 bedroom units and the air conditioner/heater was a small mini split unit that really didn't do much for the 2nd bedroom that the unit wasn't in. We were visiting in July so it was 90+ degrees outside.

The Riverside Tower is in a great location, right off the parkway. We've stayed here many times and have always been greeted with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. We thank you all❣️

That we couldn't stay longer!

The staff were very friendly! Everything was clean, and looked nice! We Loved the balcony overlooking the creek. During the day we loved watching the ducks, and each night we could watch the fireworks from Dollywood from our balcony, or inside through our window!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pillows weren’t as soft, and fluffy as the ones we have at home. Next trip we will bring our own pillow😊

For the price it was worth it. My family had lots of room and my husband, and I had privacy from the kids. The view of the mountains was AMAZING!! We even had a small brook that we could see. We had a great view of the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony. But you have to have the correct side of the building (right side). The beds were a little hard to my liking but some people like that. BUT again, for the price, great deal. It looked and smelled clean. It is an older building with not a lot of updates. Great location at the end of Pigeon Forge so parking and traffic was not as bad as it was closer to the center of the city.

Location was perfect. The rooms was perfect.

The mattress was very hard and the pillows were too firm also. Next time I'll remember to travel with my own pillows.

The room was very spacious. It appeared to be recently refurbished and had a very modern feel. The fridge and microwave were nice and efficient.

There was no hair dryer. No A/C in the extra bedroom so it was a bit warm and we weren't able to shut the privacy door. Also I don't like sharing a balcony with another family.

I really enjoyed this place. Shops and attractions were really close to the hotel. A lot of shops and attractions can walk to them The place was nice and clean the maids were very friendly and they got things for you that you needed for your room .the front office was very nice and made your checking in and out very smoothly.. I had the spa room with fireplace and balcony, and it was wonderful clean rooms and loved the view from bekcony breakfast across the street. It was so good it was a buffet will come back

Nothing but maybe in rooms get coffee and spoons and a pack of sugar cause the room comes with coffee pot and mugs but no coffee that's for the people that drink it. I don't drink it

The 2 room suite was just great. The beds were super comfy, the kitchenette was perfect for our needs, and the balcony area was decent. The outside is a little misleading. When we pulled up we were a little confused, as it looked larger in the photos but wow the inside was just amazing. The whole place was very clean, everyone on staff during our stay was very nice and the room was even better than expected! Both rooms had a tv, dresser, bedside lights and very comfy beds. The bathroom and sink with large mirror area was in the middle and separated the rooms nicely. There was a mini fridge, it held 2 - 12packs of pop and a few left overs from dinners for us with some room left. There is no freezer part in fridge. There was a coffee pot, little kitchen sink, large counter and plenty of drawers for clothes or food/snacks. I wish I could post all my pics of the room but it only allows a few.

I wish both rooms had a pocket door (only one did).

The staff were great, the room was clean. It's also really well situated on the main drag in Pigeon Forge, so you can walk anywhere you want. The suites are good- sized, the double rooms are two rooms, and they all have a balcony. We will be back.

The bed in the room my daughter and I had was really uncomfortable; it felt like a solid block of foam rubber that wouldn't give at all. We slept very little either night, and it wasn't restful. The room was clean and well- appointed, but that bed was awful. We have stayed at Riverside Towers for over 20 years, and this was the first time we have had any issues with the room.
