Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo

The room was spotless. The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I asked them was their something in the water that makes the people in Amarillo so kind? Wonderful stay. Will choose this hotel again.

The room was huge. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was well insulated against noise. The microwave and fridge worked great. There's not much else to say. I appreciated the more classic esthetic as opposed to super sterile modern/ everything is grey and steel colored.

The elevator timer on the door was bit brutal. It needs to slow down a bit so people can get in and out with their luggage carts. There was no other issues that myself or my partner had with the hotel.

The facility was clean, modern and well maintained. The location was where I needed it to be for my next days travel. Easy access to several national chain restaurants. Bathroom was fully contained in one room so as to not disturb those still sleeping.

This hotel is not adhering to state covid guidelines and therefore required masks and they are still hiding behind plexiglass. The breakfast was pre-packages grab and go items.

The location was convenient but hard to find if you are not familiar with the city. Even with GPS, it took us a while to figure out the access road to take is the same road going back on the highway I-40. Charging extra for breakfast seems not such a good practice to stay competitive with other surrounding hotels.

Breakfast was ok. Daughter didn’t like the eggs. No tv to watch the news.

Our old sheets and towels were laying in the doorway with the door propped open when we went to the room/ kinda gross.. I let the front desk know, and they were picked up. Good overall and quiet. Clean bathroom

Staff was excellent

Stayed here few months ago .. its cleaner & they are finally starting to replace worn out carpet etc. The no pet policy is a plus. Although we dont have anything against pets hotels that allow them are just not as clean.

Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Gave us great directions to Palo Duro Canyon. Room had a label across the door showing it had been cleaned. When you open the door it tore loose. Room was perfect and felt relaxed there. Pillows and bedding was amazing!!

Breakfast was good and at a good price.

The outside seating was not really up to par and facing towards the highway out front.

the receptionist was very helpful and courteous. we arrived late but we still were able to get dinner.

the staff was wonderful and the place seemed very clean

the rooms seemed to be a little run down, the shower continued to drip all the time loudly. there was so much construction and had to drive a ways to be able to get back into Amarillo.
